Horrible service. Ordered online eta was 49mins. Online tracker said 14 - 24 ins. Waited another hour called to get an update rep on the phone said it was delivered and it never was. He then connected me to the actual store. They said give them 10 more mins explained I have been waiting over an hour I decided to cancel the order. Called back rep on the phone said could I wait another 5 mins. Ask for my refund it’s been long enough. Explained how long it will take be put back on my card then hung up on me. All this for 1 cheese pizza. 1st time ordering and will never use them again.
:( I should have read the reviews before ordering. In the past this location was reliable but I ordered my pizza two hours ago and no one is answering the phone - but the pizza has already been paid for according to my cc.
Very very very slow. Two hours to get your order is unacceptable! Never again!

took two hours just to deliver cold pizza. wasn’t prepared right and called the store two times and no response won’t be ordering from here again.
Very poor service and delivery just now. I waited about two hours to have a cold pizza delivered. On top of that I wasn’t even notified when it was delivered. I opened my door and there it was on the floor. No knock no text nothing. I do not recommend.
Ordered a pizza and delivery estimate was 45 minutes, however, after an hour and some change had passed I called to check the status. I was told 5 more mins. After 15 additional mins the driver stated they were outside. They were in a different neighborhood next to me, so I gave them instructions. Pizza never arrived. This is the third time I’ve had to cancel my order from this location.
Ordered at 6:40. Didn't show up until 8:03. Called and the guy told us they only have one delivery driver and it would be here soon and then hung up on us. Kids were starving by the time it finally got here. What a joke and it looks like quite a few ppl have had this problem. Think they would change something. We are literally .2 miles away at a hotel

Ordered online. Processing to delivery took just under 30 minutes. Food was still hot and delicious. Stuffed crust pizza is on point. Delivery driver was very professional and kind!
