i love this panera food is always amazing but the employees are not so great. i went with my boyfriend and i had a mobile order and my boyfriend was waiting in line and these two girls were just standing there and looking at him while he was in front of the register trying to order for approximately 3 minutes until one of them finally spoke to him. it was close to closing time and as an employee they should have approached the customer instead of just looking and waiting for the other employee to do it.
I usually visit this Panera location because it is near my job and I have never been disappointed. However over the weekend I saw the commercial for the new chicken sandwich and was very impressed, I knew exactly what was for lunch on Monday. Get my sandwich back to the office to find a chicken sandwich but not what was advertised. First chicken was burnt, the sandwich itself was just overly dry!! I hope you guys improve this as a customer I find it highly insulting to be given food that is visibly burnt!!
I love their pumpkin soup, the coffees are delicious too!
A good location with good food. Staff members are amazing, cheerful and smiling. Seems like they enjoy working and staff members who enjoy working make an awesome team. Keep it up guys & thank you!!
Good location, standard Panera. Food took a little longer than expected for not being that busy but it wasn't terrible. And the food was good, as usual.
This is a clean Panera with good menu options. The items are mostly in stock and are readily available. The food and beverage are very good. The Baggett with the bistro French onion soup is my favorite. Always piping hot and delicious! Employees make mistakes a lot here, but they are friendly and accommodating when they do mess up which makes the experience a lot better. I appreciate the service they provide. Good place to catch a quiet bite and get some things done while dining in. Or just take out because the soup is always hot!
The food was pretty good to average. Great customer service. They were not wearing any masks at all despite covid numbers going up due to omicron. The fish was decent, not very flavorful. The shrimp was pretty good. Prices average. This is not a soul food restaurant, but it did offer beans and rice, catfish, okra, liver and gizzard meals. They also had Mac n cheese but it was definitely not baked, very runny. I would consider returning mainly because of the friendly service.
My chicken salad sandwich was terrible.The greens were all frozen and just a complete mess and I had to throw them away. It wasn't like this before.I contacted panera customer support to get the money back, but no response.
Panera bread is not like before. Their soups are cold and their salads doesn’t look fresh. At least in this area my experience wasn’t good.
Panera is always great. But I’ve always loved this location and would recommend it to everyone
