Love the Chicken Strawberry poppyseed salad

Horrible service and food. Tried the new chicken sandwich. It was hard, dry and tasteless. They used old lettuce to make our salad and it was wilted. Brown prices…awful.

This location seems to be unable to handle large delivery orders. Our driver had to show them the name on the order before they started making it, despite the order supposing to have been already prepared by that time. We have limited time for lunch and we didn’t get to make the most of it because of the restaurant’s negligence. I’ll be sure to do lunch elsewhere from now on.

The drive thru is extremely slow. It takes ages to get your order taken and then another 15 minutes to get to the window to pick up your order. Most of the time the order still isn’t ready so you wait until 5-10 minutes after paying. In all fairness I don’t think Panera is the type of establishment that should have a drive thru because their food takes longer to prepare than a standard fast food place, but since it’s offered it should be faster than 20 minutes.

This town center location experiences higher traffic than it's next closest Panera. The order-takers are super polite even with high volumes of customers. They run out of baked pastries and other crucial items often. It is unlikely that they bake or have large food storage capabilities at that location. It is a smaller restaurant in a busy shopping area and the dining space always has customers inside the internet cafe.

WHORIBLE customer service from the manager who worked on 02/22/2022 around noon. I stopped coming here initially due to consistent slow service but decided to give them another chance today. I ordered Rapid pickup via the mobile app only to have my order missing when I arrived. Instead of assisting me as my order stated that it was ready via the app, the manager made me wait an additional 20 minutes as he tended to other customers who arrived after I did. I understand lunch time can be very busy but I felt ignored while others received attention. I guess you have to look a certain way in order to receive prompt service. Called corporate and made a complaint as well. Won’t be back.

I purchased a large order from this location and wasted my money. The chicken on the salads and warm bowls smelled bad, like garbage, and was NOT edible.In addition, although I placed my order online an hour before my arrival, the order was not even prepared in advance for pickup.This experience was substandard for a Panera. I am a dissatisfied customer. It reflects bad management and the food poses a threat to the community with poor food preparation and quality control practices.

Not for breakfast. They runined our whole order this morning smh. Lunch has been good though.

I purchased lunch in their drive through today. I got a Pick 2- I got the wrong sandwich, they did not add the cheese or croutons to my French onion soup. In addition, I also purchased a large mac and cheese with a baget for my son and they did not add the baget. I called the store to speak to a manager and I was left on hold for over 10 minutes so I stopped waiting. I usually have great experiences from Panera but today, they definitely let me down.

Busy location but exceptional customer service! Very grateful for the manager at this location- leads team really well! Staff are very professional! Very pleased with the experience and service when I order from you! Thank you so much to the manager and Emanuel who had delivered my larger order!
