The manager had the line extremely long while prepping for online deliveries! I was the second person in line, waited for my order for ten minutes in line. Before you know it the line started to go out the door. There was about four to five people on the line and no one seems to be bothered about the line out the door! When it was my turn to stated the order, the manager gave me teriyaki chicken one dry piece and a half of piece of chicken. I asked her to give me the rest that she chops up and she told me no! Even though I waited ten minutes she still was scrimping on the food. Very terrible service! I will not be returning even if I'm starving hungry! Please address the staff members attitudes towards customers, especially the manager is the most out rages attitude!
When you arrive in line at any Panda Express you are probably going to be rushed along the line. The place is Express after all. This location was too pushy for my liking. The food was ok. But they drink machine was down (no tea) which was disappointing after I bought a drink.
Bring your patience. The one thing I noticed is the number of online orders that came through while I was waiting. It unfortunately seems as if online orders now come ahead of standing in line and actually ordering your food thanks to the pandemic. Despite this inconvenience, the food is always good and fresh at Panda Express, and worth the additional wait.
The Chinese lady/server skipped me to serve two people behind me. She probably perceived that I am Chinese origin and treated me that way. It is not the first time that I noticed that she acted like that. They do treat their own worse unless you are their friends or ally.And, by the way, pretending to be completely innocent and not seeing you is a trick, because if she blatantly uses bad attitude, we all know what she is thinking. This is plain wrong.
Not worth it. Ordered the broccoli and beef online while on my lunch break. One small little piece of beef and the rest was just broccoli.
They give you small quantity of food. The lady had an attitude. I will not be visit this place again.
I ordered the orange chicken and fried rice the food was cold like it was sitting out for 3hours. The fried rice was burnt and no flavor and the orange chicken was hard as a rock. Couldn’t even eat the chicken it was so hard. Just a waste of money
I literally got skimped into paying $5 a pound for 3/4 a bowl of rice and 1/4 of beef. You have to ask for a fair portion or they won't think twice about what they make you eat. So pathetic.
Excellent service and the food was very fresh.
Consistently good food. Other Pandas are usually a hit and miss. But I've been here 4 times now at different times of the day and never been disappointed. Always all options available, good portions and great taste.
