The food was good but I can tell there are some staffing issues. Our server was Brittany who took a phone call in the middle of the floor. Never put our dessert in even though we waiting about 20 minutes after we ordered it, to pay. Only to find out she put it in after that. Then she produced yet another bill with the desserts that we had to pay. We waited at least that long with a tired, crabby 1.5 yr old for refills on drinks, boxes, etc.Also, some thing odd happened toward the end where she expected us to pass her every plate that we wanted removed from the table. She literally stood in one place and held her hand out. Then there were times when she said, "Okay, I can take it." With her hand out but she wasn't close enough to actually GET it. Weird right?Either way, the manager tried to step in a be helpful. I think he got a box or a drink or something. But overall, we probably won't be back. It wasn't great.
Love the endless soup and salad! The way waitress was a little forgetful, but reminding her got things straightened out. Food was great. Enjoyed the meal.
Ho lord so so slow and the food? They taken for ever to served you the salad was not fresh ho no that.was a disasters. Don't know they used be good not this time ?
I was here for a group presentation. The wait staff was ok. They weren’t very attentive. It seems like that they couldn’t handle a group of 25 IMHO. The food was good. I had the lasagna.
Best minestrone ever! I love that the soups are all you can eat. My main entree was the chicken & shrimp carbonara. It was really good as well, but the minestrone was truly the highlight of the meal.
Maybe server was new and was doing his best but we received dirty drinking cups(with the lipstick from previous user still on it), had to take back an order and redo it because he forgot how the order was placed, and the food wasn't the best. Lukewarm soup with it dripping all over the bowls, salad didn't seem fresh. Main dishes were lukewarm and overcooked. Had better experiences at Olive Garden. Hoping this was just a fluke.
The Personnel was very inviting and pleasant throughout the dining experience. One of the chefs delivered our entrees and took time for pleasantries. The option to pay at the table was user-friendly and simple.
Did an online order and they brought it out to my car. The made the substitution I requested and there was plenty of sauce (which I've had problems with at other Olive Gardens). Will definitely come back.
My daughter's 17th birthday party went off without a hitch because the staff was amazing, the food was great and the location they placed us in was perfect for a bunch of 17 year old looking to suprise their friend and have a good time!
Delicious commercial restaurant. Bare in mind that Covid has affected all restaurants to one extent or another.
