Always fresh, and the portions seems to be better, hopefully I didn't speak too soon though ?????????

Good food. Clean table. UPDATE 15/01/2022: I was bribed with a free soda by one of the employees if I do the survey and show it to her. My rating just went from a 4 to a 3. If the soda was a normal part of the survey, then it would have been printed on the receipt with the survey instructions.
Always love noodles!!!! This place is very spacious very clean and friendly staff. The food comes out in less than 10 minutes and you can visibly see how they make it. Prices are affordable. Do recommend.
Place is nice, food not so good.. Ordered pad thai - what we got had no semblance of pad thai. There was no sauce. It was just some noodles with few broccoli pieces and onion.
I found a tomato plum sticker in my meal. Cooks must be mindful when handling food. Overall, staff was pleasant.

Placed an online order at Noodles & Company in Laurel. When I walked in, there were a couple pick up orders with no names showing. The staff was either preparing food or helping other guest. The staff member immediately went to the assembly line to prepare food without acknowledging my presence. After 10 minutes I finally got the gentleman’s attention and asked about my order. He let me know it was one of the orders that was sitting on the counter. So I was waiting over 10 minutes needlessly since I was not able to see the name on the bag. I showed the employee that the receipt needs to face outward so people can pick up their orders. His response was we don’t want other people seeing the name and order. Then I replied you need to make sure you are on top the line of people waiting for their orders.
This was my first visit and I was pleased I went. I ordered the Mac & cheese combo with the tomato bisque as my side. The bisque was excellent. It was served hot with a nice texture and was very tasty (and filling too!). The Mac & cheese was just what I had in mind. It was creamy but with firm macaroni - nothing squishy or soggy. And it had a generous layer of shredded cheese melted on top. It was just the quality I expected from a restaurant specializing in noodles. Next time though, I think I will get the small Mac & cheese instead of the regular size because I was pretty full after eating the side of bisque.
