After we ordered and headed over to the sauces to get our favorite sauces, we couldn't find them. We asked one of the employees for help and they just didn't want to be bothered with us. She clearly didn't want to be there and just said, what is up there is what we have and went about staring into space. I would have accepted the flavors being discontinued or that they were out, but instead there was zero interest or attempt to actually help me. They didn't check to see if any was in the back, or if it was left on a table somewhere in the building. Very poor customer service.
The staff here was so friendly and just appeared to really enjoy their jobs. The food was fantastic! And they also weren't so crazy about mask wearing like a few of the other restaurants in the area were.
This is my second time at this establishment, just a different area. I ordered (2 orders of) three chicken wings and a side which were fries and garlic bread with two apple juices. I got the lemon and herb and mango lime flavor of the wings. Their wings are small but they taste good and I dipped the wings in garlic Parmesan sauce. My friend ordered their carrot cake as dessert. I tried it, and it was good. The carrot cake is not rich and neither is the icing... Which was perfect for me.
Delicious chicken!! A buddy of mine and I meet for dinner several times a year, and we always try to choose places we've never been (we both grew up in this area so the pickings are getting thin). He suggested Nando's, and I said Yes.The BBQ South American flavored chicken dishes are great!! A nice variety to choose from, varying parts of the bird, varying sized meals, many, many flavors and sauces and types of cooking, and a bunch of side offerings to choose from too.The waitstaff was really polite and fast. I think our food came out within five minutes of us ordering. And make sure to bring your cell phone. I have no idea if this is how they've always worked, but in March 2022 you sit at your table, scan the QR code that brings up the menu, and you order and pay online. A short while later they bring you your food.We'll definitely go there again. I'm curious to taste some of their other flavorings.
Typical Nando’s food, and by that I mean some of the best money can buy. But the staff here, including the manager are first rate! Definitely my favorite of their locations-even though I love them all. This company only hires the best.
I haven't been to Nando's since before the start of the pandemic. It was so nice to be back, and I'm so glad we went to this location. We have a newborn and are still very covid-cautious. The manager was so kind and helpful in accommodating my family to help us feel comfortable and keep our baby safe. We really appreciated the effort she and her staff took to make sure we were taken care of and didn't feel like an inconvenience. Thank you so much for helping us have a rare wonderful night out!
Pretty nice place in the area for anyone interested in dishes with grilled chicken. The staff have been very courteous and engaging. Definitely gonna return back.
Not sure why I didn’t visit earlier. Great bowl options and they also serve sangria! I was told they don’t offer halal meat. Pasteis de nata was alright. I’ll be back ❤️
This was our first time trying Nando's, and I was blown away with how delicious the Peri Peri Chicken was. The food was fresh, the sauces were bold, the atmosphere was inviting and the staff (particularly the manager) were very friendly. We will definitely be coming back to Nando's when we're in the area again.
Third Nandos I've been to and this one is the best of the three. The food was good as usual, and the service was even better. Excellent. The waitresses were responsive, courteous, friendly and timely. The ambience gave off a fast food, Chipotle vibe. The Nando in DC was much better with its decor and feel but nonetheless this Nandos makes up for that with its excellent customer service.
