I ordered carryout online.Food wasn't ready when I arrived at the scheduled pickup time and had to wait about 20 minutes. Which is fine, I understand there can be staffing issues. Once my food was ready it was given to another customer. He walked out to his car, realized the bag wasn't his and brought it back. Then the staff brought the bag to me. I was surprised that the bag didn't give off any heat but thought the food must be well insulated. 5 minutes later I was home and opening up containers of cold food. Like colder than room temperature. Not sure if the food was prepared way in advance or maybe they kept the bag in the fridge while working on the last few items of my large order. After throwing it all in the oven, the food tasted good. But I don't think I'll ever do carryout here again.
It's decent Mexican food for the area. The service was fast and friendly. Also portions were large.Probably not the most authentic food but it serves as a good example of the typical Mexican fare you might find
Came by yesterday with my lady for dinner, was seated promptly by the hostess at the door; immediately I noticed the chairs at this table were dirty…I immediately brought it to the hostesses attention; with a snotty attitude she says “switch chairs with the unoccupied ones” - she swapped chairs which were also dirty. Again, I brought this to her attention as I wasn’t going to sit on soiled seating; her snide response as she walked away & did not a damn thing was “IT’S FINE”. I won’t tolerate or give my business to a dirty establishment let alone one that employees snotty hostesses! My lady advised me, let’s leave, as we did - you lost a faithful customer, never again… and I’ll be sure to tell my friends! ??
I really enjoyed the restaurant and the service was amazing. I would go back to try the drinks. It was a very pleasant night.
Good food. Recommended by locals however service needs attention at least with this visit.. Ordered take out ahead of time and even called to check before arrival. Despite all that, the host received payment then ducked in back presumably to get order.. only to return ~ 5m later to pick up order off shelf and hand it over.. Needless to say, food had cooled and if wasn't super hungry and in rush would have returned it. Manager was understanding and offered to fix on following visit. We'll see.
We had the nachos, they were yummy. I love the sangria here but couldn't order it this last time cause I was driving. Lol we'll be back.
We too tried this place as it was conveniently located across the street from our hotel. Needed a watering. Our waiter suggested the CaboRita which hit the spot-twice! Need a nosh. We just ordered nachos. They were very good. Our waiter was pleasant. Service was a bit slow but that’s the nature of the beast in these pandemic times. The hour was late & there was a bit of a chill otherwise we would have sat on their outside patio.
We chose this restaurant because it was across the street from our hotel. It did not disappoint! Great Mexican food for a great price.
I had my engagement party here a couple of weeks ago and everything turned out amazing! The staff were great and helped with everything we needed. They went above and beyond. We ordered the catering portion of the guacamole and they came out in small cute tortilla bowls filled with guacamole and spread out between tables. All the food everyone ordered came out at the same time and was delicious. And they also provided the cake and served it fabulously. I couldn’t have asked for better service!
Our first visit. We sat down at 8:40 pm. Planned to order dinner. The server took our drink order. Handed us the menu. The came back to tell us the kitchen will closes at 9pm. Few minutes later the server came back and said the kitchen is closed and that they turn off the fryer. We were very disappointed. Left hungry. By the way. It’s 8;50 pm.
