Great product. They get 3 for the atmosphere. It could be a little more inviting, almost never seen the TV on, and the bathroom needs service. Really could improve the atmosphere!!!!
On 6/30/2022 I placed an online order and received a call from the people at Kung Fu tea in this location letting me know that they did not have the flavors I wanted which were mango or piña colada. After speaking to them they ensured me that they will give me a refund in the amount of $17.33 to my surprise I checked my account they never processed the refund I proceeded to call them today, and they all seem confused as though it never happened. I called level up who should have seen whether or not they processed a refund and they DO NOT see that these people ever provided me a refund! If this happened to you all check your bank accounts! Or else these people will steal your money! I have called my bank and disputed the charge! Now they are saying that their manager will call me TOMORROW!!! UNACCEPTABLE! Will not do business with this franchise ever again in my life!
I'll start with the good. The food was great. Extra flavorful crunchy Chicken. Would eat it again. However small missing side from my meal that I caught when I looked at my order in the car. No biggie. Came back they recognized the mistake and cooked my missing item. The issue is whenever a mistake is made I feel like the restaurant should offer something to make the customer feel good. A free drink goes far in the aspect. Second issue also minor. Selling fried foods but charging for a sauce. Cheese curds need a marinara or ranch. Wings need ranch or blue cheese. Charging extra for 1 is a bit much. On the fence about returning as a customer.

Everyone can see that the facility is dirtier and dirtier. I do believe that I scored the worst prize yesterday: there were 2 arms/legs of an insect in my drink.Nothing else to say but “I will never go to this place again.”See pictures. And do the same for yourselves.
Overall the place is good but they've messed up my online bubble tea order twice in a row (mostly a missing topping). Parking for here is a pain depending on when you go but that's not the staffs fault.
Sesame Oolong milk tea was the best ... I finally found a place with Sesame milk tea! However, the Taro milk tea was okay, but the Thai milk tea did not taste right.
Very refreshing, I feel I waste my money everytime because I drink it so fast only ice is left. I feel better when its slushy or no ice!!!
The almond boba milk tea is really good. Sometimes it runs sweet if you get light ice. Their chicken is tasty and hot, but pricey per piece.
Staff is consistently on their phones and uninterested in providing any attentiveness or customer service; when requesting multiple times no sugar they included it anyway. Will not be visiting this location moving forward.
