Pros:You cook your meals yourself as with all Korean BBQs - it’s easy though even if you have zero cooking skills.Great service and food choice, we had the “all you can eat” option, so lots of food that come in at intervals. The bulgogi and velvet chicken was super delicious. The waitress was pretty great at refilling/requesting our orders as soon as we were running out, the entire wait staff was super helpful.Cons:Everyone gets charged whether they eat or not or whether you share the same portions - even kids

This place is so good. One of my favorites. The buffet is delicious, inexpensive, and fun. I always have a good time there and when I bring friends they love it too.

Worst service and experience ever at this restaurant. No garlic available. No beers on tap. No drinks brought for 20 minutes. My handicap brother can’t use chopsticks. Finally had to go the bartender to get a fork. How is rice a side dish in an Asian restaurant. Only two sides at one time and you had to finish every grain of rice to get another side. No refills in sauces. We sat at our table for ten minutes between the time we finished our food before they would bother to come by and ask if we were ready for more and then we had to wait at least another 5-10 for them ti bring it. Mind you we had a time limit of 1.5 hours. The majority of it spent waiting. This used to be a great place to eat. Not anymore. We will be going back up to Honey Pig. Oh, and no refills in any of the little sides that are served at EVERY KOREAN RESTAURANT. NOTHING!!! Oh wait finally some food showed up. Guess I better go eat what little we were allowed to eat for $100.

I was in a party of 5 and had a great experience!Service was prompt, and the servers were very attentive and came by often to refill cups and condiments and ask if we needed anything else. They also gave a great explanation of how dining there works since this was the first Korean barbecue experience for most of us.The meat was good quality and they gave us great portions for the price, we had the beef brisket, chicken, spicy chicken, and shrimp. The meat we ordered doesn't come marinated (except for the spicy chicken), but this was ideal in our case because people in the party, including myself, have allergies to ingredients commonly found in Korean cuisine. Because we had control over the ingredients in the food, we felt very safe dining here and no one had an allergic reaction. The table grill cooked the meat quickly and stayed hot even after the flame went out. They have Pepsi products for nonalcoholic drinks, and they had a good selection of cocktails (try their Mai Tais!) and Korean alcohol. The K Pop music videos playing on the walls from projectors were a good addition to the experience. I wish they could have played the music loud enough to be heard, though.

Understaffed. Food options are decent but the sides are underwhelming. Not much for raw veggies like lettuce for wraps. Timing is everything since they have a limit on dining. Coordinate your refills since they take time to come out. They were out of stock of multiple items at our visit. Drafty near the door which may have affected our table grill. It was also weird to have a kpop, sports and harry potter on the projector tvs.

Plenty of potential to be great but it’s not. The quality of the meat and slow service is the pmbigtest problem here. The meat quality is mediocre and you’re only allowed to order three at a time, so make sure you’re not hungry before you get there’s. There’s no manager and owners around so don’t expect great service. I think the waiters try their best but without proper management, they are all over the place. The price isn’t that competitive, so for $20-25 range, just drive somewhere else for ayce kbbq.

Came in for lunch, and had a great time. This place is a Korean BBQ joint. Means you grill your own food. Totally awesome, they keep the meats coming! Unless you want to drive up to Ellicott city or down to Rockville this is the Koream BBQ for you.

I have been coming to this restaurant since it opened. The place then had great service until now and I had enjoyed coming here a lot. It was my go-to spot but, not anymore. It was my mom, my husband and I who came here recently to have lunch, but was served dinner on this particular day. The service was horrible, but the food was great. The things that was horrible was the fact tongs and table menu was not brought to us at the beginning. Then on top of that, no potato salad (apparently they ran out, but I had to ask about it). My mom asked how was she going to cook the meat and other food without tongs. This server looked at my mom like she asked a weird question. I specifically told the server we need tongs. The server said, ok. No apologies for anything (missing tongs, missing table menu or missing extra bowl of rice. Speaking of bowl of rice, my mom who is in her mid 70's was served with a broken hard plastic rice bowl. My mom almost cut her lip. To the manager who reads this, throw the bowl away before someone gets hurt. My family and I stayed calm and I did all the talking throughout with the ordering. The servicer was not tentative or seemed to care of our needs. I didn't want to call for the manager while we were there because I am a person that doesn't like to make a scene and I also hate putting bad reviews of a place that I once enjoyed.

Decent spot, ambiance could use a lot of work. Food was alright but the service left a lot more to be desired. There is a 2 hour limit per table but our waitress was taking a long time to come and take our orders, so it seemed like they were purposefully trying to limit our intake which sort of defeats the purpose of the restaurant.

Fantastic KBBQ! Love the meats and the banchans here! Service has always been amazing. I have been here five or six times, with friends and family. They have always done an AMAZING job! Strongly recommend!
