My wife a I went to Jersey Mike’s in Laurel Baltimore Avenue and the service sucks. There is no way that can serve you with any type is speed because the store is set up wrong. There only 3 people in line when we arrived but by the time they even took my order was 10 minutes later and it only got worse from there. None of the other stores operate in the manner that this store operates. My entire wait was 35 minutes. It was confusing as to how the line flows and weather or not you pay after or before you pay after you order. This needs to be corrected immediately! I’m done!
Bad experience here. The staff was EXTREMELY slow and seem like they have no idea what's going on. My order was wrong. What you see in the picture is apparently what they consider "extra meat" which I paid almost $2 extra for. Had toppings I didn't want, and was missing others I did order, even though it was all printed on the order ticket.
I went to this place first time so I asked which one is the regular cheese steak but the employee pick up the bread and showed me so I asked again which one is the regular cheese steak sup? But employee angry and yelling” look at the menu to choose” . The woman with glasses and short tall.
The staff could not be nicer. Customers will keep coming back among many alternatives. To owners, you got it good but I'm sure you worked for that. Teamwork!

Ivisited the laurel, MD location last week and I am not sure if I will be back anytime soon...... or at all for that matter. I specifically wrote on my online what I wanted in my order in the special notes sectionand the haspanic female at the counter said it was made like I wanted. Once I showed her that she did not follow the special instructions, which were on the ticket, she snatched my sun from me and threw it on the counter as if it was my fault that she didn't read the instructions. She was very unprofessional. To the point that I don't know if I will return. This particular employee needs to be fired or retrained. I'm not sure if I will return until I know this issue of unprofessionalism is dealt with. An employee like that will only turn away customers and run your business into the ground. She left me feeling undeserving and less than human. She needs to be dealt with accordingly or your customers will suffer.
I frequent this location alot,but yesterday 02-16-22 was the worst service ever. The sandwich had very little meat on it but .Loaded with lots of lettuce and tomatoes. I told the young lady normally they put more meat and considering the sandwich is not cheap for lunch meat. She acted as though she didn't even hear me. Just didn't feel like arguing. When I proceeded to pay I informed cashier i wasn't happy with my sandwich today and her response was thank you. What great customer service if you do all your customer like that you wont stay in business long. I didn't mine paying for extra meat ,but that is to much meat. I have done this before, but at least give me what i pay for.
I place my order online and clearly wrote the instructions for what ingredients I wanted on my side when I arrived there was a Hispanic girl with a bad attitude and said they were working on that order 10 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. Then when I told her that there was not everything that I wanted on my sandwich she told me to look at the receipt and it only says extra meat when clearly at the bottom and the special instructions face it listed the ingredients that I wanted she snatched the bag for me and threw it on the counter then went to her manager and was pointing at me and talkin aggressively it was at that point that another employee came up to me and that's what the problem was and fix my order accordingly. He has been a girl showed such unprofessionalism I'm debating whether I've ever going to return to this store again especially because she made the mistake by not reading the entire ticket and got annoyed when I pointed out to her that on the ticket with stated the special instructions I don't know if I'll be returning until this problem is fixed she needs to be fired or retrained. By the way this happened at 4:50pm at the Laurel Maryland location.
I went to Jersey Mikes in Laurel Baltimore Avenue today at 2 pm.I walk into the restaurant and no one else was there in line. Another customer walked in behind me. As soon as he walked in, he started chatting and laughing with the staff behind the counter. They must have known each other. Which is fine, but he got waited on and served before me. I said to the staff behind the counter. I was here before this gentleman and no one had tried to help me. They saw me come in first and I was in line ahead of this gentleman. No one even responded to me. They simply stared at me, so I left.Customer service is extremely awful.There is a Jerseys Mike on Columbia Pike in Burtonsville, MD. Please go there to get your food. Top notch service every time.Do not bother with the Laurel location.
I had a great experience visiting JM in Laurel. All of the staff was very friendly and kind. I was greeted with a warm welcome and smile. My sub came out great. Very tasty. Well done. Was made quickly. I told them the items that’s I wanted and they were on point. I highly recommend this place for their service and good quality
