I visited this restaurant on Friday. The food was good but very poor poor customer service. It took 30mins for someone to approach our table and another 45mins to bring our food. I wanted to be sure so I visited again on Saturday and this time is was even worse. They brought drinks After 30 mins. Then another 1:45 mins for the food and it wasn’t what I ordered for. The restaurant is a joke and am so dissatisfaction and was very I satisfied with their serviceAnd I wouldn’t be returning there ever againSo I wish they had zero stars and that is what I would have given.??????????????????
The place seemed cool at first when I walked in. DJ was vibing good. We got seated and watched the servers cross our table over 10times to other tables. Looks like they know their regular customers and are not bothered about new ones. After about 30mins a server brought a tag to our table and told us to move that the table is RESERVED. Well played. You did not see us to serve but you could see us to move to another table while you make the table RESERVED. NOT THE TABLE BEFORE US AND NOT THE TABLE AFTER US. The painful part is that I drove over an hour to come to this spot. NEVER AGAIN.
I’ve the most horrible experience at this restaurant. I order Suya with my sister and the Suya was very salty with no pepper or neither onions. I’d just come out of surgery with my knee strap to a boot and was standing there to speak with the bartender and she was very rude and nobody attended to me. I was so angry and I’d to leave. Worst experience ever.
Fun place to be great people out there too.
Portion size are cool. Plantain was good possibly the best thing. Jollof had an overwhelming amount of smokey flavor and on top of that I asked for extra spice on my suya and looks as though I got none. Wish I could get my money back
Food was delicious! The people were great to talk to. Music was awesome! Now the bathroom was a huge turn off. No soap, and it wasn't clean. However, I love the place.
The wait for our food was a little longer than we’d like, but everything else outweighed the wait time. Grate spot. One of the best I’ve been to in the area
It's March 4th around 6pm it's near empty yet food came out twice under cooked and flavorless the 3rd order was completely wrong our server is the worst in life should be washing cars instead of trying to serve great tippers smh pulling up I knew would be a clown show pulling up the strip center reminded me of the club off the players club movie the decor is 50s 70s well 80s at best if you are invited here play sick or come and roll the dice...good luck ✌?
I Love JB Atlantic! I wish people would wear their mask inside this establishment! I would go and party with them more!! I went to JB Atlantic several times looking forward to having a Great time, however I left immediately, because no one was wearing a mask including the employee’s!?
