The worst experience ever!!! I waited almost TWO hours for my food and I understand that they’re under a lot of pressure at work but people who were seated after us were given their food first. They prioritize food for delivery services before the people seated in their own restaurant. I came to have a nice family breakfast with family that flew in to visit and this just ruined our breakfast. I would never have expected to spend 9:40-11:51 waiting for a meal. I never will be visiting this location again!!!!!!!
The food was very good on this day and our waiter was supurb! The coffee was delicious and abundant, this is always a good start. The eggs were large and over easy runny. Soaked right into my hash browns. Nothing could be finer than to be in Carolina eating vinegar BBQ. The french toast came straight from France. The bacon tasted fine but was too hard. Still, we enjoyed ourselves, thanks Ihop!
First time visiting this location, my co worker and I place our order over the phone, it was a little busy , food took awhile even tho we place our order over the phone, very friendly staff they greet us as soon as we walk in, very clean restaurant including their rest room.. our food was hot and they place everything we need was inside our bag,very good customer service, we didn't have to ask for ANYTHING...??
I was a little worried about going here because the outside of the restaurant looks a little rough. The food and service where good though.
So my wife and I came to this IHOP and ordered. When the food came we didn't get half of the order, made several request only to have the manager be dismissive with a smile. It didn't matter that I was willing to pay an up charge for grilled chicken that I was told I couldn't with my meal. I changed my order and it went like this. The pancakes where not what I ordered, the eggs where fried not scrambled, the classic burger was pink not well done, the pancakes my wife order should've been first to come out. Never showed up. Asked to have the burger removed from my check, and was dismissed, we preferred plastic ware. We fit 1 set to eat with. My wife still reorder a Blueberry pancake (1) with milk. Saw the pancake but no milk and nothing to eat with. While the Blueberry compote melted the top of the plastic container it was in. So we left. I don't understand why the server took the order and it never came out right or why management displayed displeasure to the customer. Perhaps someone else had a better experience and it was our turn to be disappointed. Not looking to revisit this anymore!!!
Not too busy. Server was pleasant and the atmosphere was relaxing.
What do you expect? One little rat dropping right? You get what you pay for. Waited OVER an hour for food— **eggs and pancakes only!!** for two people, but the two kitchens lost our ticket and took care of a 8 party order that arrived 20 minutes after us. Everyone got different standards and experiences, so the choice is yours ?♀️ Enjoy your rat droppings y’all— you won’t even know it’s in there!

it's omicron time I understand but 1 hour 30 min to get our food. 2 tables left before we got our food they could not wait any longer. Everyone is upset change the name from Ihop to Ihope I get my food. if you are that short staff stop taking order on line or over phone concentrate solely on people that arrived on property.
