I have never in my life gone to an establishment and felt like my money was unwanted until I stepped foot in this hooters. My family and I were treated like absolute garbage. We wanted to place an order to go. The hostess directed us to the bar where we were completely ignored. The woman at the bar finally acknowledges us and then tells us "well this isn't where you order to go" and leaves us there. A few minutes later she comes back, so we ask where do we place an order then? She points to a corner and says "over there" as of shooing us away. Now another employee looks at us and asks us if we've been helped, we tell her no, then she proceeds to NOT help us. At this point we're all starving and over these attitudes. We walked out and not a single employee tried to stop us or rectify the situation.The employees here need to be trained on proper customer service.
Walked in and asked to place a to go order. Was directed to the bar. After waiting the bartender comes up and goes, “Are you placing a to go order?” We say yes she then directs us to another section. I tell her we were directed here she goes, “oh well” and ignored us and went and served others. We still waited for additional 3 minutes I had to ask her….”so hello then where do we place the orders?” She goes, “oh she is over there so you can go over there.” She has an attitude and horrible customer service. We walk over to another section and still get ignored. Then was asked…”did a hooters employee tell you to come to this section”Are you serious? Who else would direct me there.Nope. We walked out.Customer service is horrible.
Order here from Grubhub I can’t believe I paid $42 for two chicken tender meals one with tots one with waffle fries it was completely TRASH that ended up in the trash!! Whomever is cooking they need to hide the salt shaker from them. If you have high blood pressure please don’t eat there!! I would really like my money back from this establishment seriously!!!
used to watch the UFC events here. never will again servers wasn't good forgot her name. manager was no better. won't be back.
My favorite Buffalo chicken sandwich used to be at Hooters… but lately they have lost the touch.. the Bun doesn’t suit the Buffalo chicken. Plus they no longer give pickles & celery etc..
Ordered as always 3 Mile Island 50 piece extra crispy wings, with. Curly fries, buffalo shrimp. All was as good as always. No need to wait for a sporting event to go. Brought my grandson and the The Hooters lady sang happy birthday to him. He turned 1. Brought his dad and uncle to their first Hooters in Baltimore when they were 1. Gransdon laughed the whole time they sang. I'm ready for my 3 mile island wings again.

I am so disappointed in the recent quality of Hooters wings. There isn’t one close to me so making the long drive to the Laurel restaurant is a treat until now. The wings are smaller, there are more with broken bones, and the chicken has more tough portions to chew. The price is not worth it because I am spitting away so much tiny shattered bones and tough meat. It’s disgusting. I will have to find another Hooters and see if that’s any better.
Seats are never clean, waitresses although nice take forever with your food talking and flirting and food isn’t good like it use to be ??♀️ my husband and I use to love it there but now we’re trying to get a new spot that’s decent down the harbor
We stopped here for dinner with another family bringing 3 children between us. The service was abysmally slow and the food quality for a Hooters was the worst I've experienced. To cap the night off after dropping $300 on our way out our waitress made accusations that our two 9 yr olds were possibly stealing from the merchandise bin. She even went as far to say that the manager stated the same. When the manager was questioned about it, he denied it. I'm not sure what type of operation they are running here or if it's a reflection of the clientele they are accustomed to dealing with but I will NEVER return to this Hooters EVER and I would recommend you heed the other reviews here.
