Service is horrible + the Nastiest hibachi I’ve ever had. I ordered the shrimp hibachi with the soup….. And the ONLY good thing about that meal was the soup. The shrimp? OVERCOOKED. The vegetables? BITTER & UNDERCOOKED. Even though I nicely asked them while making my order to pls not overcook my shrimp…… Also Workers have the worst attitude and just brush you off! I will never eat here again, won’t even recommend this spot to anyone.
Ginza of Tokyo never misses! Went with the family again last week and had Frank as our chef. Frank was awesome, as usual. Great with all 4 of our kids. Had us laughing and enjoying our dinner. Food was delicious and servers were on top of refills and anything else that we needed. Ginza of Tokyo is head and shoulders above any of the other Hibachi steakhouses I've ever been to. Very clean as well.
Great food! Only thing about this place is you need to keep your stuff close by! BEWARE! On 5/8/21 we were there from 12-1:30…We had our 3 year old playing with our apple watch. (red wrist band) Within 20-30 minutes the apple watch was gone and nowhere to be found. One of the employees mustve taken it. Will not be returning! Cameras need to be checked.

My family went to Ginza of Tokyo for my husband's birthday dinner. Amazing food and fantastic Hibachi experience ^^ My two boys were fully entertained by Chef Yun's Hibachi action ^^We are definitely coming back~

Amazing place!! I go every year for my birthday and my boyfriends birthday and this place never fails to have great service and yummy food. We always end up getting Frank as our chef and he is the kindest and funniest person ever. I will forever love this place and the food. 100/100 recommend! :)
I've always loved coming here ever since I was a child. We've always come here for family birthday parties, and the service is impeccable. Absolutely amazing restaurant.
Literally the best hibachi spot I’ve been to. Everything was so different from the quality of the food, the drinks, and the customer service!! I wish I could come back tomorrow lmaoooo. But seriously, GO! Everyone was so friendly! I got the purple passion drink and I was drunk off of 1 ?
