My experience has been good since about the summer of 2021. Before then the place was very I kept and the service overall was subpar. But I enjoy the food and the improved aesthetics of the place. I'm no longer disappointed! Good job to the management and the new staff!??
UPDATE: I just showed up to Five Guys at 12:08pm on March 2nd, 2022 and the doors were locked. I could see one employee inside. The place is supposed to be open at 11am.
Order bacon cheese burger, NO mushrooms and when I bit into it there was mushrooms and mushrooms make me sick, this is not the first time they messed up my order! No going to this location anymore!!!!!
This location has a great staff, food always comes out correct and fast. The burgers and fries are delicious! Only one suggestion is to insure burger patties don't get smashed too much. Flavor wise its great and they use fresh ingredients.
Just went to five guys in laurel. Great food great service. They were super chill and helped me with my order and bring ING it for my dog with me.
In general, I am a fan of Five Guys. But this location is unable to have pick-up orders ready at the time they say it will be ready. When my order wasn’t ready 5 minutes after my supposed ready pick up time, they proceeded to sass me, and put hair in my food. Pick a different location

Great service and great staff! The food came fairly fast and the burgers were truly appetizing! We had 2 burgers, 1 hot dog and a small fries! The small fries can feed 10 people ? ! This location was clean . I think we can't get the nuts anymore maybe because of COVID. But it doesn't affect the experience. There is enough parking outside and its easy to find.
Grossly overpriced and the staff was condescending.
Love this place! Always great burgers and Cajun fries.
