Lasagne was cold, when we sent it back the second one was no better. The ‘manager’s’ foolish explanation was that customers had complained about the dish being too hot so they put the lasagne on a cold plate to avoid them burning themselves. The waitress opted out by telling us “ it’s not my fault, it’s the kitchen that serves it”. So unbelievable….you couldn’t make it up. Conversely…my pizza was burnt black underneath, and even though I left all the charcoal black pieces on a side plate, no one asked me if there was anything wrong. I suppose if you simply don’t care……you wouldn’t ask. Huge disappointment and certainly a place that I couldn’t recommend .

This is the 2nd time that I have been here because my co-workers love their mussels, which they do not sell anymore. Though their signage says that they open at 11am, when arrived around 3pm, I had to approach the staff who were gathered at the bar prepping, for assistance. A man gave me some menus and directed me outside where I explained that I would like to wait for my colleagues. However, no one was sent to wait on me. Therefore, once again, I had to go to the staff gathered at the bar and ask "to whom do I give my order?" The two men and woman looked at one another in bewilderment, shrugged their shoulders, and said I guess her. I gave her my order and then sat down again, still waiting for my colleagues. As they arrived, one-by-one, a white couple entered the outdoor area, and the same man who had given me menus who I assume was the owner because he was wearing Dolce and Gabana tennis shoes, immediately went to their table to offer them service. The young lady from the bar area came with my drink. I asked if they could turn the fire pit on. The young lady said that she would ask, but I never got a response, and it was never turned on. When my colleagues arrived, they too were ready to order. By this time, a different young lady was sent out to serve us. She did so attentively in the beginning, but once we asked for our bills, she never came back. We sat an additional 20 minutes at least, waiting for someone to pick up oir checks and give my colleague change. The Dolce and Gabana shoes guy came over, looking very annoyed, as he cleared our remaining dishes and was asked to get us change (which my colleague used for his tip). By this time, people were starting to flow in. When I arrived, there was only one other customer drinking at the bar. This is an Italian restaurant that is located in a shopping center, with other restaurants and stores. The indoor and outdoor dining areas are beautiful. Everyone was satisfied with their food. Their drinks were not strong, compared to other places. They charge a 20% gratuity for groups over six. They also only split the checks four ways.

First time coming here went as a party of 10, service was nice but then we got our food. My friends are vegetarians and got the ravioli. When they got it they didn’t realize that there was meat that came on it. They couldn’t eat it. Normally restaurants just usually just substitute for something else with no charge, but instead they had to charge them even though they didn’t touch nor eat it. People do make mistakes however you should please the customer as well. Most likely won’t come back but who knows.

Poor…… it is a sacrilege to define oneself as “authentic Italian food” and I am not referring to the ingredients (excellent for easere neglinstati united) or the atmosphere that is pleasant. but to the way of cooking that is not Italian (kindly if you eat here don't think this is Italian cuisine) ??. also a pasta dish that I only tasted because it was inedible I was charged anyway. unprofessional

Our waitress/bartender was incredible. She was doing double duty. I forgot to write down her name but I think it starts with a S. She gets 5 stars. Food was good, not great. The sauce for my chicken parm was a little watery. But in all, we had a great time and look forward to going back.

Great food. Their pasta is made in house. I really enjoyed their cannelloni on the last outing the portions are very generous. There were six of us. We shared 3 appetizers. I had to take half of my entree home as I was just too full. The service is also very friendly.

My friend and I went last week because we were craving some good Italian cuisine and we asked about outdoor seating because of COVID and they straight up said it's not open when it was all clearly set up, ready to go. We decided to go to the Mexican place next door. We realized on the way back that it was in fact open and some people were sitting down outside! Not only this but the young lady at the front was very disrespectful after my friend and I were talking considering indoor seating beforehand but not feeling safe enough and she kept smiling/almost laughing at us?? Absolutely terrible!

The 1st star is for the company of my in-laws. Went to my in-laws anniversary. Seemed like the waiter was new which is ok and I can understand that dynamic. With that said, our service was lacking. Hey, we are at an Italian restaurant let’s have some fresh parmigiana! The bus boys seemed more attentive. That was the small part of the experience. I ordered the Salmon entree listed just under $30. The Salmon was so small. I had a mound of spinach that Popeye would be proud of but wow, small protein portions. I would definitely recommend you go elsewhere. It’s not worth the price. The 2nd star is for the tequila on the rocks which was a solid pour.

My husband and I went here for date night. We have been wanting to try this spot out for a while now. Unfortunately, I left disappointed. I had the Romina pizza, which I knew I was going to love, it listed some of my favorite foods. My husband had the lasagna. You can tell that quality fresh ingredients are used. Which is awesome. However, my pizza came to me warm and soggy. I picked up a slice and all the ingredients fell off. I had to put them back on and fold the slice to finish. Very unpleasant. I asked my waitress if all the pizzas were wet like this, and she said yes, because they are cooked in the wood stove oven. Really!? My husband's lasagna tastes really good, but it was dry. The bottom of the lasagna had hard, burnt spots that weren't edible. I really wanted to love this place because it's close to home, and we wanted to add it to our date night rotation...But the hostess were very kind and the waitress was nice also.

Update on my review. From 3* to 4* because they finished the remodeling and the restaurant looks much comfortable and beautiful indoor. The bar area is inside and outside. The patio looks beautiful. It was nice to go back and experience the indoor and outdoor environment and feels very good (during winter time). The food is great as always. The last time we went the server seems like alone with lots of people at lunch time and he was kind of slow to bring us the food and drinks and the things we needed, but he did a good job overall. We’ll go back!——-Great “in Casa” Pasta! A must. Service is wonderful. BUT, but, but, they need to fix the A/C and get rid of the flies! The last two times in the past four months we came here with friends, it very hot and flies are bugging a lot! We had great experiences in the past, but the last two times we were feeling uncomfortable with the environment. Fyi, for parents with babies, there are no changing station for babies in the restroom. We’ve been here several times during covid and the remodeling has been going on for a long time.
