Food was Good - the SERVICE was terrible. We had to continuously ask for refills, chips, napkins, salsa, removal of used plates, etc. We had chips and salsa on table and we ordered Queso. She brought the Queso - no additional chips, no salsa, and no appetizer plates to put it on, and no spoons with the bowls of Queso. Seriously - all 8 of us were expected to just use chips to dip into the 2 different bowls. We asked her to wait a bit to take our order and one of our guests spoke to her about what he wanted to order, plus a carry out. She had that order prepared and delivered his food BEFORE the other 7 people ordered. Just unbelievable - obviously she didn't understand that he was just discussing the change to what he was ordering. There were 2 wait staff - only 1 worked our table of 8. The other lady just sat around. There was the 8 in our group and just 2 other people in the restaurant. This staff person seriously needs some training. Owner/Manager - Please don't continue blaming bad service, etc. on Covid - and make sure the staff has some oversight so that they are doing a good job representing your business.
This is the worst Mexican food we’ve ever had. It was salty and greasy, the service was bad and the restaurant looked dirty. We won’t be back.
Me and my husband stopped here to have dinner after a long ride from NY. We ordered the food, there was a drunk guy by the bar who started to fight. My husband is very protective, told me let's go, we got up and left. The waitress ran after us letting us know that the food was almost ready and my husband let her know I can't be here with my wife when there is a guy fighting. We left. Not a place to go and relax or even to be with family.
It's a beautiful gem of the community. The food and drinks are great and priced very well. The people here are very welcoming and will make you feel at home. It's one of my favorite spots. You can find karaoke and sport shows on the weekends. It's almost a one stop spot.

Most authentic Mexican food ANYWHERE! Delicious tacos and pupusas! I can’t get enough of this delicious foods. There was a period of three weeks that I was here multiple nights a week… It’s a good thing that I stopped eating so much there.. I gained many pounds but was so worth it ?

Experienced this restaurant when I came to MD years ago with a friend of mine and fell in love with their yucca con chicharonnes and plantanos. It's where I go when I get a craving for both. Authentic good food in a small out of the way place.
