I Love this Dunkin! The are always friendly, always super fast and everything is good. My go to place when I only have a few minutes to spare and I need a coffee or quick bite on the way into to work. I hope their hours eventually get extended, I liked stopping by occasional for a coffee on the way home too.
Too small inside, orders always incorrect in one way or another. Sometimes won't even start orders from the app until I go in. I just picked up today and 2 of my 5 items are incorrect. This has been happening a lot lately at this location. Been going here for years but I think it's time to move on.
Totally grossed out by the middle aged man that works here. I once watched him bury his finger up his nostril to scratch his brain while taking out the trash. Today he was picking his nose with his thumb while making coffee and then he started picking it again while I was waiting for my food. I couldn't bring myself to eat what I had ordered eventhough he didn't touch my order. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location.

Slow & more interested in looking at their phones. Plus the bickering is absurd. Will not be going back.
A nice Dunkin' - curbside pickup (as of early 2021) a nice bonus.
The person who is in the afternoon attends in the worst possible way every day I ask for a CHAI LATTE with a load of coffee, this person always denies the possibility that my drink can be made that way and when he does it the coffee tastes pleasantly bitter and burnt. it is simply a nuisance to have to go to this place in the evening hours because of its dire attention. In the morning all the women who attend are the best and the drinks come out in the best way.
The Customer service is good. There are a few employees that will burn your toast though.
