Easily worst coffee place I’ve ever been. If you like all a roulette version of coffee with a high price tag, go for it. The guy argued with me when I asked what was in a drink because I have allergies. He either didn’t understand or didn’t care that I could be harmed by the drink. Not my first bad experience here either. Surprised it has such a high rating of 3.8 for the type of service I’ve received. 5$ later and still no coffee.
Used to love dunkin but corp keeps discontinuing all the creamer flavors that I liked. No butter pecan, hazelnut, or salted caramel.
I asked for an empty cup and he said it would cost $1.06 for a plastic cup lol.Wonder if they also charge for water cups given they are charging for an apple empty cup.

I stop here every morning on my way into DC because they are convenient. Most of the older staff is friendly say good morning and it's a wonderful way to start your day. On the weekends they have a younger crew with horrible attitude. This is the reason for the two stars. Not to mention they always screw up my order. All I get is muti grain thin with butter and once in a while donuts. They put cream cheese instead of butter and when I order donuts they forget to give me. The attitude I got this morning for them forgetting my donuts was uncalled for.
I went to drive-thru, there was someone with thick accent. My order was simple; 2 coffee, one with milk and sugar, other one hazelnut, milk and no sugar. Although I repeated 3-4 times, I couldn't get what I tried to order.
Was terrible customer service and I think is the manager an Indian guy that throw the tray on me and I ordered ham and egg and he gave me sausage and egg and refused to change it ....So disappointed because this Dunkin' Donuts is close to my house and I have to deal with this kind of people ?
Sweet tea is always delicious and on point before 1pm and make sure you beat the crowd ; late night tea is a hit and miss
