Call first when ordering from this place!They didn't have the ice cream flavor I wanted, Love Potion 31 even though Doordash said it was an option to pick. They didn't have chocolate chip cookie dough either so I got the Snickers flavor instead. Next time I'll go to a different Baskin Robbins.
It took them 5 minutes to take my order, out of croissants, and water dripping all over the place from the ceilings.
Getting in the drive through is not a good idea… the line is out on route 1 which is unsafe and placing mobile orders and still have to get in the drive through line… open back up to go inside…
I called and asked how often they make the dounts and the manger said they don't make the dounts at the store and that they are delivered everyday. I told him the bottom of my dounts are hard on every single one. He said that couldn't be because they were delivered today. That's false and they are selling day/days old dounts.
Every time I come to this Dunkin donut location they get my order completely wrong. After the third time in a row I never would come back.
Not coming to this location anymore gave them to many chances , they never have my whole order ready/ run out of things a lot , Iv seem the manger before I thought she would of changed things by know but I guess not . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
The past few mornings. The same guy is sitting in the restaurant on his phone with everything locked up when they’re supposed to be open. He has customers waiting outside until he is ready to open the store. Please change the store hours or hire someone who can be on time.
Great service but not alot of donut choices
Bro literally nobody in the store I came in at5:00am to get a coffee and I have lost my mask so I went in to get a coffee quick in and out with nobody in the store and guy told me no mask no service again nobody in the store so i didn’t argue left and I went to 7 eleven yo get a coffee without a mask turns out is better coffee and cheaper ??
When we visited recently, this place no longer also has a Baskin Robin with it. It is just Dunkin Donuts. The front doors were locked, so you couldn't enter to order inside. They were only doing order through the drive thru (I have heard a lot of Dunkins have been doing this recently - I'm assuming due to both Covid and staff shortages).
