Had a quick stop here for breakfast and it was good . Lots of space inside to sit and eat . Service was quick . And very helpful employees. Parking was tight . Not much of space outside .Loved the tomato pesto sandwich . It was really crispy and amazing flavor . Hash browns were ok . Coffee was good. Overall a good experience..
This is the worst Dunkin’ I have ever been too, got stuck in the drive through line where only 2 cars when through in 15 mins with a line going out onto the street behind me. Pick another location to visit if possible!
Now I know why they have bad reviews, I went there to get An Ice cream, everything was empty and then I wanted to order a Mangonada and they said sorry we can’t do it , definitely they need to improve customer service
The young girl named Stella was very nice!The store looked very clean. The only thing that could use a little help was the restroom.
Watched her for 10 mins on the phone while preparing orders then put someone else’s order in my bag and wanted me to wait for another order not only my order but the guy next to me order was wrong as well TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES TO HIDE THERE PHONES WHILE PREPARING FOOD
This location makes me wish Dunkin’ only did coffee and donuts. Their attempt at preparing “food” in a timely fashion is subpar at best. I’d rather drive the extra 6 minutes to Corridor.
So...they kind of forgot me at the drive through ordering station...then after I ordered they forgot to ring up my donut. Probably going to find a different dunkin to go to next time.
I don't even know why this place is still open. Hands down the worst Dunkin donuts around the area. Wait times are ridiculous and no matter what time you go there they are always out of something. Dunkin donuts, this place here puts your name to shame
If I could give this place 0 stars, I could. They’re extremely slow. They do not have a sense of urgency for people on the go. Your average wait time here is about 20min in the drive through and that’s not an exaggeration!I have come here about 10 times thinking they’ll have no employees and/or management. That’s not the case.I’m writing this review as I stand in the drive through. The employees also messed up my order, another reason to not come back.I hope management reads these bad reviews and addresses the slownessIn the meantime, the Dunkin located at 14903 Baltimore Ave is fast
When you come to this Dunkin you have to pack your patience it is the slowest Dunkin Donuts I have ever visited especially the drive through. You will be in the drive through at least 15 mins before you get your food/drink and that’s on a good day. The staff has never been rude so that’s a plus.?
