Bad customer service!! So basically I ordered pizza and wings and they only sent the pizza. I called to get a refund and I asked to speak to the manager and all he said was” we don’t give out free food nor we do refund” I was not even asking to get free food but I wanted my money back not a store credit because this store is not where I would ever spend my money on ever again… poor management
Pathetic service and order accuracy. Order submitted at 7:09. After 90 minutes later I called and was on hold for 32 minutes trying to figure out the status. Never picked up! Dont waste your time like I did mine.Update.. Its been 2.5 hrs since my order.. I had to go pick it up and not a single ounce of sensarity or one apology. Michael needs to rethink his attitude and work ethic. Sorry dominos. No longer a guilty pleasure.
Very very very bad service. no one ever never answer any call. pizza will deliver wrong and after an hour. this was the 3rd time and the last time I ordered from Domino.
Terrible avoid at all cost. Will take your money and leave you on hold forever until you give up. Took my money, never received my food. Could not refund me the next day as I used Apple Pay. Just order literally anywhere else.
This is the slowest most inconsiderate domino's I've been too. I waited in the car for curbside over 30 mins because they sat inside talking. Please save yourself trouble and never order from this domino's.
Truly awful Domino's. Usually makes at least one mistake per order, including always too little sauce. Most recently I waited over 30 minutes for an order only to find out it hadn't been started yet, and they couldn't even estimate how soon they'd be able to begin prepping the pizza. No apology or offer to get it free...just cancelled the order. I've given up on this location - stay away!
I've only ever had two problems here and they were immediately fixed. 1. Forgetting my extra garlic sauce 2. I think the driver hit a bump too hard and the pizza stuck to the top of the box.Both times they came right back out.Drivers are very professional. Even when my dog smells the pizza on our walk and tries to jump in the delivery drivers car.Then you Donnie!!
The food was decent. However, the customer service is terrible. If you call the store, you are on hold for more than 20-30 minutes.During an order, the delivery person I had informed me that he needed to go back for something he forgot to deliver and promised to call when he came back. I received no such call and couldn't get a hold of him on his cell.Therefore, I called the store so I can inquire what happened. Employee on the phone requested he check with his driver and I was left on hold for 15 minutes before I got annoyed and hung up.
Nah cause how I am supposed to wait 30 minutes just to order a pizza? I feel like this happens every time its around 8 pm. It ain't fair ?
Gave 1 only because I had to. ordered online at 8:41pm- said 62 minute delivery window.... fine I know it is Friday night. called back at 10pm because Delivery Tracker not working, said it would be there in 15 minutes, 3 stops away..... called back at 10:40- on hold for 9 minutes and got hung up on.... called back at 11:10pm, said my food was delivered already(which I checked the porch, but wondered how as I was paying cash so it needed to be a contact delivery.... then put on hold again..... then they told me it is on its way....asked if it was gonna be hot being that it was over 2.5 hours.... they put me on hold and never came back.... sorry Dominos, I am going to bed so if you knock, you can wait until 8 am for me to answer. Never order from here again!!!!!!!
