I always get a bad experience at this Domino’s Pizza I give up ordering from here or even wasting my time coming to pick up a pizza. I just picked up 2 pizzas some of my slices don’t have pepperoni or sausage when I ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza I open the box in front of the girl in the front and she only told me that they were exactly 24 pieces of sausages mind you I did not ask how many pieces of sausage’s come in a pizza the only thing I asked her was why is it not spread well every time I order pizza from here it’s always something. Horrible service. I wish I could give it a negative star instead of one star. When I use to live closer to the Columbia store they would definitely make the pizza better than this place.
WORSSTTTT COSTUMERR SERVICEE EVER, I ORDER ONLINE SOME PIZZAS AND WAITED FOR 2 HOURS TO DELIVERY AND I RECEIVED A MESSAGE THAT THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED , I CALLED THE STORE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT IT AND A GUY JUST MADE FUN OF ME AND HANG UP THE PHONE ON MY FACE. I WENT IN PERSON TO THE STORE TO GET MY PIZZA AND THE GUY JUST SCREAMED AT MY FACE AND MADE FUN IN FRONT OF EVERYBODY . I NEVER HAD TO PASS A SITUATION LIKE THAT IN MY LIFE . IT WAS RIDICULOUS AND THEY COULDN’T EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED FOR ME AND EITHER MAKE A PIZZA FOR ME . NEVER BACK AGAIN AND ILL COMPLAIN TI THE CORPORATE AS WELL.
simply the worst place to order my pizza, i ordered it waited for an hour and a half and got a message saying my order had been cancelled, i called twice and both times they hung up on me went to the store and almost got assaulted by attending don't ask in this place everyone is incompetent and rude
ordered a pizza at 9:51 the pizza didn’t get here til 12:25 a whole 2 hours for some pizza that’s cold at this point i don’t even want it. the person otp is rude asff 0 customer service. just throw away the whole domino’s. im over it
YES this dominos is by the THE BEST dominos in the dmv. The workers are so kind, and the delivery is always on time. The food is amazing as well!! Most def should y’all try their food, you won’t be disappointed!
Food was 20 mins late. I ordered delivery late at night specified under delivery instructions "DO NOT RING BELL OR KNOCK. text cell" and I provided the phone number, the driver rang the bell 3 times! Woke up a sleeping baby -_-The food was cold, and the driver forgot my drink. When I tried to call the store around 10:20 no one answered the phone, I stayed on hold for 15 mins, the delivery time was low (they eid not have a high volume of orders during the time I called/ when my order was placed). I do not understand why they did not answer the store phone when they do not close until 12am. Worst place to order pizza/ food for delivery. I did not receive any compensation because I am unable to get through to speak with an employee at the store (they do not answer the phone at night).
We placed an order at 7:30pm,it is now 9pm. No one is answering the phone, we've got now way to track the order but we've paid for food we haven't received. Something seriously needs to be wrong for NOBODY TO ANSWER THE PHONE!
I made an order over the phone for pick up the person that took my order wasn’t nice enough ever since I place my order it’s like the person doesn’t like doing his job an order for a 5 topping pizza and 16 wings when I get there I ask for enough sauce for my 16 wings he only give me one then ask for permasan cheese he said he didn’t have it neither red pepper I feel the way his attitude he didn’t want to provide it I defenately feel he doesn’t do his job right he doesn’t care about costumer service you shouldn’t have a person like this working there with attitudes I feel if you do not have something you can be nice and say you don’t have it I won’t go back to this specific location anymore because other locations of dominos are better than this one with costumer service
The worst place. Rude manager I place an order at 5-08 and 6:45 never made it .When I talk to the manager his reply was do you want to cxl it unbelievable .
Th. Cold pizza showed up two hours late. Terrible. Will never use them again
