This place is going down hill fast.The restaurant needs a deep clean on everything windows, blinds, tables, etc.. The food was not a good value for the price. The waitress fills my coffee cup and literally has the rim of the pot resting on my cup while filling it. The dishes and utensils don't appear to be clean. GROSS.
I love this robot! So cute! LOLService was great, everyone is so friendly.The food is OK. We just had breakfast because we missed the hotel breakfast time lol
This place is the worst! If I could give zero stars I would. I went there for breakfast. Was seated promptly and that's where the customer service stoped. I sat there for 20 minutes while the waitress literally walked by me twice; once to pick up the dishes for the table behind me and another time to take the order for a White man who just walked in and was seated... When I went to the front counter to complain, the attending woman said " it's not my area." Really? That's her response? Won't ever go back again. IHOP much better anyway.
I didn't want to give any stars, but I had to. The management is inept and disorganized. They exclusively look after "their people," which means that if you are not Hispanic, you will have to wait for service. A hostess did not greet me at the door. The manager, Joe, was unhelpful. He stood at the door checking people out, unconcerned about the ones waiting to be seated. After me, a group of Hispanics entered and took seats. I had to wait 20 minutes for drinks. Our server cut me off before I could complete my question concerning our beverages. My lunch arrived on time only because a robot delivered it to me.
I had my Birthday Breakfast at Denny's in Laurel yesterday. Whenever I eat here I ask for Leilani's section. This waitress makes you feel extra special. She is very professional, respectful, and attentive to your needs. Due to her fantastic personality I enjoyed my morning .
This was a well-run and comfortable place for breakfast during my visit to Laurel. The food was straightforward and well prepared. The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean and well kept. Although the robot server, while being very efficient, didn't laugh at my jokes.
Denny's even has a robot bringing food to the tables and helping the staff! And I asked for a rare steak, it was well seasoned and tender. A great brunch place.

Visited on Presidents’ Day Makayla was my server and She has an amazing personality my daughter enjoyed her service and warm smile! Our food came out okay just missed add ons the Manager Howard came and spoke with us and cleaned it up and we left very satisfied! Clean location and I will be bringing my family back! Thank you Howard for knowing your staff and stepping in to assist and showing great leadership in the restaurant industry. I love my I -hop!
