Bad customer service. Order was wrong, I even offered to bring the incorrect pizzas back but was told I’m still going to have pay for their mistake. Don’t order from here.

Had been here prior w no problem. Pizza typically good. Last night i picked up there later called them to tell them my plain pizza had sort of a cumin or curry flavoring as if it was baked with another dish. Guy there sorta questioned me, said I was making it up. Bottom line. Pizza usually ok but may have unique flavor. I then woke up at midnight with heartburn from hell. How we miss PASTA PLUS !! ??

First time I ordered from here and will never order from here again. Paid over $7 in delivery fees. The pizza is a half hour late from the latest delivery time. It is located 2 miles from my house and I only ordered delivery because I just got back from a long plane ride. They can't even tell me when it will get there. Don't take orders you can't fulfill.

I used to love this place not sure if they have new management but A LOT has changed. Been coming here for years… one of the biggest updates is for MONTHS a personal pizza was 6$ and then all of a sudden it’s 10-11$. Prices went up and the quality went down, it just not the same AT ALL something changed about this place and I am upset… time to find a new pizza spot ??Also JUST found out if it if less than 10$ you can’t use your card.. STRAIGHT BULLL… will not be spending another dollar here.It is very very inconvenient that this was not told over the phone considering it’s new at the organization. Super annoyed

I was there today and had my 2 kids with me a toddler and my 8 year old, she used the bathroom and my toddler started running around cause pizza was taking long, so i went outside with my toddler to wait, big mistake, then the guy came out said watch your kid so rude like i am not a good mom, he was like be a better mom who says that to a costumer, who are u? i went to see what she needed she was stuck in bathroom cause door was jammed there fault but i am the bad mom who says that to a costumer ? Not My fault there door is old and needs to be fixed,so i got lit started telling him off , and asked for refund no one was there it was dinner now i see why ! Rude and probably nasty food! And they had there young son there my daughters age but i am bad mom, get a babysitter I just wanted to call the city of laurel so they fix the door! I am still mad ?

Haven't been there as of yet, however, I hear the steak and cheese is BOMB and the staff is pleasant. I can't wait to try this place out. Disregard my rating I had to put a star to let them know I am heading that way soon and that the review I received from a current customer was UP-TO-PAR!!!!!

We order delivery from here at least 2-3 times a month. The pizza is consistently good.

I had given a tip when picking up my food. Cashier and another guy at the front didn’t even have to decency to say thank you. Yikes. I was being nice trying to give a tip but to not say thank you? That’s gross customer service

The menu I had said ham and cheese "hot" sub comes with ham, lettuce, tomatoes, provolone cheese, mayo and mustard. I asked for no lettuce and no mustard. I asked for banana peppers and she said they only had red peppers. I said no thanks. I received a "cold" ham sub with no cheese and a large amount of onions. I hate onions and they are not even listed on menu and I would never ask for them. Who orders a ham and cheese sub and doesn't get any cheese. There was no "cold" ham and cheese on the menu, but I got a cold ham sub without cheese. Go figure. Please learn to pay attention to detail

My order was wrong but they went over and beyond to fix it. Great service. Lemon pepper wing is great. Try them out
