Went today service was horrible not only did I have to repeat my order twice the girl still got it wrong she didn’t do anything but scoop the ice cream out could’ve went to baskin robbins for that charge me 12.49 for two smalls not my regular cold stone experience I will never go back to this location and will be contacting corporate office
Not sure why but the ice cream here doesn’t taste like other cold stone stores
The usual hand-dipped and mixed creations you expect from Cold Stone. This one isn't run quite as well as some of the others in the area, but Okay ?
Best place on earth besides tropical places. Where do I start? Ice cream is so tasty. I like the chocolate mixed with banana and Butterfinger candies. They stopped using Butterfinger candies tho. Anyway, they have Reeces and lots of other goodies.
I had the worst service from this store. There was 1 person in the front and another one sitting in the back on her phone (I could see her from the line). Another lady behind me was rude and the young girl up front wen to get the other person from the back. The girl from the back came out extremely rude, mumbling, and rolling her eyes. When asked to repeat herself, she acted as though I was burdening if her. She scooped my ice cream (cake batter) and it had sorbet on it. She argued with me about re-scooping the correct batter.She clearly came out with her attitude directed towards the wrong person. When I asked her name, she was still very distasteful and denied my request. I called the store and no manager seems to ever be present. I emailed the store and received an ungrammatically correct response.I am very disappointed in the level of professionalism and respect exhibited by this store. I only recommend if you want your ice cream with a side of disrespect.
Had to wait over 10 minutes to get served due to only one person being there. I made my order and told the girl exactly what I wanted. I got my ice cream that was melting down the entire bowl. Was not offered a spoon, a napkin, Or a bag! I asked for the bag and spoon and she literally handed me the bag without even opening the bag seeing the ice cream was melting down the bowl. Also, I got home to the ice cream not even being what I asked for ? I called and of course, no answer all night. I even tried the next day and still no answer. I also was not given a receipt. Definitely, no good customer service at all!

I'm not sure why, but every time I come to this location, they never have any chocolate dip cone bowls. This location is literally near my house and I rather drive a bit further to the location in Gambrills, where I am better serviced. Please fix this store because it is in a beautiful and convenient location.
I will NEVER buy from this location again. For starters, the customer service was AWFUL. The Manager made my icecream incorrectly and caught an attitude after I asked him about an item he left off. He raised his voice, told me I was wrong and that I didn't watch him, when infacy, I watched him the entire time. I asked him not to raise his voice at me. He did anyway, called me Crazy preceeded to continue to be rude. I asked for his name he told me he did not have to tell me because he was the manager. I've never felt so insulted and for a grown man and Manager to yell over the counter calling a woman crazy. I'm filing a complaint.not to mention, the icecream tasted freezer burn, was charged $9 with not many toppings. Do better cold stone
First tome eating here and i would go back. They do follow COVID restrictions, so the place is not crowded. I’ve been to other locations and the ice cream is just as delicious as you would expect. Everything seemed fresh and the service was excellent. I noticed they have a call in service, so this may be a way to reduce your wait time as warmer weather comes.
