I drove 3½ hours from New Jersey just to see the 3 stage animatronic show and I wasn't disappointed. I have never been to a 3 stage CEC and the animatronics and the concept unification are interesting to me. I got there around 12PM and stayed for a few hours, ate some pizza, and recorded most of the shows. I will definitely come back once more this summer.
The place was very clean throughout. The bathroom was very clean, too. This was Saturday 4/2/22 about 4p. Mostly all the games and rides were working. I like I didnt have to worry abt those tickets coming out the games, everythn is on da cards. My child loved it. Staff was friendly and helpful.#HAPPY CUSTOMER
We had my Son’s 5th birthday last week at the Laurel location. It was a very nice experience. All the kids had a blast. Clean and so many options to play. Our host was very helpful and professional. My son was so happy he wanted to go back the next day. Thank you!
Had my daughters 6th birthday there, and it was more than what I expected! They were organized and had everything ready. Our hostess Thalia was so nice and accommodating making sure we got everything we needed and she helped get all the kids super excited for my daughter's big day! Very glad we had our party there!
This lady on the counter was horrible . I had 11 tickets and the lollipop cost 14 tickets . Just for couple of tickets this lady made my baby cry the whole time but didn't cooperate and understand the situation I was in . She completely denied the candy to My baby she's 2 years old btw.. how much was chuck e cheese going to loose with 1 lollipop ... like seriously , I'm pretty sure she wasn't going to get fired for that. That's a place for kids to have good memories and thanks to this rude , disgusting attitude lady . She ruined it .
I took the kids there last week, it was our son first time there. He we so excited. Me and my brothers and sister use to go there when we were kids. Ewww, what happen to the coins tho.
Just left bout hr ago had a great time with my daughter and nephew. Place was busy and crowded but the staff and other employees made it happen and took control and we had a smooth process and great time. 2/19/22
