This Chipotle 9/10 will get your order wrong.. ibe gotten several wrong orders but on this particular day I order food... it was wrong,.took it back they made it wrong again so I had to take it back a second time. The manager didn't seem to bothered that her staff couldn't read simple instructions twice or the fact I had to drive back twice. All I say if you go here double check you food.
I never got to order. I waited in line almost 30 minutes before i left. It looked like they were filling more online orders than orders from customers in the store. It seemed to be a lot going on. Maybe I'll order o line next time.
I've been here for dinner every Wednesday night for the past 2 months, this chipotle in particular has always been hands down consistent and good compared to other Chipotle's. The rice isn't under cooked like the one in the Columbia mall, the meat is always fresh and same with the veggies. Their fajita veggies are actually cooked thru instead of raw onions at other locations. Give this place a shot, I go here for dinner if that matters, never been here for lunch.
I wouldn't call it a side of guacamole, more of a side of avocado slices with h chopped vegetables mixed in. They were moving extremely slow and seemed reluctant to add extra toppings. It sucks that the service and quality depends on locale.
The staff at this location is cool. I know they hiring but a few of the staff tonight 3/19 could have stayed home. Some lack communication skills with waiting customers. Noticed a young lady leave her post to take a call on her personal phone while everyone was waiting, .
I always order online and after arriving after an hour, I still have to wait for another 15-20 mins to pick up my food. Even after waiting, these guys mess up the order and after paying the full price, items are missing. When you call them back, the calls are magically disconnected. Service is becoming pathetic and hopeless. Would rather go down to the other chipotle location in laurel than come to this location.
The people here are always working hard and with to go orders flowing in, they are busting their butts. They deserve accolades! I wish people in line and those that got to go orders could be more patient and understanding.I went yesterday and realized how busy they were, greeted them with a smile (hoping it would help) and they were very kind right back (even while slammed at 4 PM)! The food is always the same - I like predictable from a chain. Exactly what I want, every. single. time.The only negative is that they were out of real cane sugar, but I can’t blame them too much!
Portions were small, there was the smallest amount of guac in both bowls. Don’t order online.The worse happened the next day, I couldn’t stop going to the bathroom. Think I went 5 times. Not sure what was going on here, but won’t be revisiting the trauma anytime soon :/ bye chipotle.I swear something has changed with the food. It’s just not what it used to be
Rice under cooked! And prices went up!!! Why?
I order online. My online orders are always late I have to wait 20 plus min to get my order after my pick up time. I paid for extra chicken and this is what I got. This chipotle in corridor marketplace really needs better managements and better sanitation. The food station most of the time is a mess completely dirty. . The staff not friendly at all. I only go here because is close by, chipotle really need to hire better management for this location.
