I hate to write bad reviews for chipotle because I really do love their food but this location has just been absolutely terrible on EVERY SINGLE OCCASION. Today was the third time I’ve had to wait longer than the people in line to PICK UP an order. Mind you, I always place these orders 25-30 minutes in advance and end up waiting an additional 15-20 mins once I get here. They also just wait for you to stand there for 10 minutes before even asking you if you need help. It’s just frustrating. What’s the point of placing an order in advance if everyone in line will be served 15 minutes before me. That defeats the purpose of the app.Not only that, 2/3 times that this has happened to me I also got the wrong ingredients in my burrito.Third and final time I ever come here.
Store seems to not be able to handle a lunch rush and delivery orders. It doesn’t make sense to bring down the in-person customer experience because the staff is incapable of satisfying the increased workload. I waited for seven (7) minutes without being acknowledged. That’s unacceptable. I guess they feel like they can do whatever they want once they have your money. I’ll never return to this location.
Bad service to the max today got upset with me for wanting my food prepared correctly. Just please be polite to your guests.
I love chipotle but I ordered online today and they gave me everything wrong. They gave me pinto beans (which I hate) instead of black, steak instead of chicken, and they didn’t even game me my chips (I paid for them) like come on now. Everything was written in the ticket. I honestly don’t know how they can mess up an order when they have all the info in the ticket. Y’all need to pay more attention to the orders. I’m definitely not ordering online again.

Tried this spot before with my friend and I am hooked ever since. I like the great ambience and yummy dishes and drinks. I recommend this place.
This place is clean with a friendly staff. The food has always been fresh, tasty and plentiful.

I go here often and they tend to have items in stock most often than not. Customer service is always great. Quality of food isn’t always best especially with the lettuce and sometimes fajitas. Wish the mixed greens would be available more often compared to iceberg lettuce. Sometime the fajitas are either undercooked or overcook. But these are not common just something to note as it does happen. As always I appreciate the hard work of the young professionals there!
