We get food here on average maybe twice a week. Chick-fil-A is good and it's made out of actual food and they are, of course, very polite. Which really goes a long way.Typically my experience here is very good, but the last couple of months they keep closing curbside for "inclement weather." Half the time it's been raining and that's 1000% fine. The other half tho...I've personally never defined sunny and 75 as "inclement" but maybe I'm weird.They tend take an absolute eternity if you go inside to grab your food, but drive thru & curbside - when it's open - is usually pretty quick.Today something did bother me tho. Against my better judgement I went in to pick up my breakfast order. Someone unwrapped his sandwich & discovered it was the wrong thing. He asked the employee if she wanted the wrong one back. Shock #1 is that she said yes. Shock #2 was when she put it back in the warmer queue to be used in another order.Ew ew ew ew ew... Please don't do that! Comp the dude the sandwich, give him the right one, and DON'T give a sandwich someone else opened to another customer. I think the girl was new & I've never seen anything like that there before.I'm sure we'll still keep eating our Chick Fil-a, but those things do keep me from giving 5 stars. It would be 4.5 if I had that option.
Not been since covid started as I live in England and could not visit. As always excellent service, excellent food and wonderful. Maury served us and epitomises a polite person. Well done all and thank you.
I used the app to order and my order was delivered by doordash. In the app I asked for my food to be handed to me, however, some how it changed to leave at the door. I do not like my food on the ground for no reason at all. Called the store and of course the excuse was that doordash delivered it. Excuse me....I used the chick fil a app... you chose to partner with them. I spoke with Matthew and mentioned the app needs to be updated. I requested a manager and was told he'll be in the following week. No follow up, no apology, or anything. I only used delivery cause I just had a baby and my mom passed away so I have much going on. Thanks for nothing. That's why I stay clear of delivery.
Service is fantastic!! There are tons of local businesses in the area, and they get a bit busy during lunchtime, but the staff are running at full steam, and they are always very kind. Food is always at a great temp and quality.
I've been frequenting this establishment since 2015, and although the staff has changed over a few times, I can say that the quality of the food and the courteousness of the staff hasn't changed even during the pandemic, which says a lot about that location. A+
Always a great experience at this location. Today, a young gentleman by thr name of Anthony totally made my day. He was efficient, very polite, extremely personable and just an all-around ALL STAR team member!! Thank you!!
I've frequently visited this location since my obGYN is nearby. It's very crowded every time I go. I've been using the app to order instead of waiting in line! Much better and faster service that way. I did notice that some employees weren't wearing masks to do curbside. While others did. I guess it's their preference. I did ask to have my food delivered on the passenger side, they complied. I appreciate that small gesture being honored. Having been so many times I was rewarded with a free waffle fry and delivery. I'm content overall!
I ordered 2 large fries via drive thru and this is what I got, see below pictures. Staffs were kind and friendly but I’m still very disappointed in not getting what I paid for.
Normally I love me some Jesus chicken. I love Chic Fil A's values, product, and excellent customer service. Except at this location...they recently and needlessly closed the dining area down and only offer drive thru and online ordering. Unfortunately, my vehicle doesn't fit through the drive through overhang and therefore can't use the drive through, am not aloud to order inside. When I asked the staff if I could walk up and order they were extremely rude and un Chic Fil A NASTY to me. This happened on multiple occasions...I hope this doesn't become the norm for Chic Fil A.
Great Customer service. People opening doors for everyone. Just so awesome!This locations has a variety of talented kids. I don’t remember their names but they are awesome kids. one of them said that it’s the best Chick Fil A Ever and it is.
