I've been to a lot of Chick Fil A's throughout the country. We did not encounter the normal Chick FiL A way. Our order was not repeated back and something was wrong. I asked for grilled nuggets for one of the kids meal and received the fried. We notified them and they said "you didn't pay for that". We did receive the fried and did pay for that. There was no one who said, "my pleasure". Maybe since I'm not in GA anymore I can't expect the same service? I am disappointed.
Today I placed an order in the restaurant because the drive thru was super backed up. I waited 20 minutes for my order!! After I received it, it was completely wrong and items were missing. The cashier (Ivan) that took my order was confused about what I ordered but apologetic. The manager (DJ) never apologized. He was too busy dancing and joking around with his staff. The food was not hot and fresh. They told me breakfast was over and there was no way for them to redo my order. We had to settle for lunch items. Still no apology from the manager. I know this experience does not represent the Chick Fila values. I will never visit this particular establishment again.
Placed 2 orders at separate times for curbside delivery. and they both came out to me expeditiously. Fast service like always. But they ain't say my pleasure.
The drive thru wasn’t busy at all, they forgot two items and they were so rude at the window. How are y’all rude when nothing is going on ?? No receipt to verify my order and I was already home when I checked my bag. Next time I’m ordering from the app. Drive thru isn’t worth it
Ordered through the app and food came out to me in about 10 min. Ordered quite a few items, and the order I received was correct. The food was the right temperature and delicious. I will definitely be to this location.
This establishment is an embarrassment to other chik Fil a’s. Check your order before you leave before it’ll always be wrong. They had like 8 ppl in the back so they were more than staffed and everything was still wrong. When I asked them to correct it they said they can’t and if I wanted something else I would need to buy it again. I didn’t want anything else I just wanted my correct order. They said this is what the manager tells them to do so that’s that. Such an embarrassment.
Not chick fil a type service. Same girl in drive through with bad service and bad attitude! Blatantly does not put sauces in bag when requested. Causing inconvenience of having to return for sauces. Will be visiting different locations. No longer this location
When traveling to the area lately I have grown grateful to have this spot nearby. What needs to be hot is hot, what needs to be cool is cool. The people who work there are great....I often pickup lunch and dinner together. Praise the Lord for this spot.
Food and service was great. Only downfall was my ice cream cone was stale. Luckily the vanilla yogurt was GOOD!
I waited at curbside pick up for 15 mins and when I went inside they tried to convince me that I never placed an order or that it was in someone else’s name when finally it was revealed that they served it off the screen too quickly and confused themselves. I swear this chick fil a is the worst.
