Jordan was outstanding.He was so polite and courteous. He brought out my milkshake in a speedy manner. I love this location. Thank you all ?I would highly recommend this location to everyone!!I especially Love the 2 lanes for the drive thru orders
We were locked out of our friend's apartment so to kill time we walked over here to use the restroom and got a chocolate shake and frozen lemonade.Both we're actually really delicious, but I just feel guilty for going to a homophobic chicken place. ?
They’ve messed up my simple breakfast order ONE MILLION TIMES: egg with cheese, biscuit with extra butter with a large hash brown and told me that they couldn’t fix it because breakfast is over.Cashier called me all kinds of names as if I was irritating her because of a complicated order. And, instead of the manager defusing the situation on my behalf, she then blamed me… After, a male came to the window looked inside my car and laughed in my face. I couldn’t believe my eyes! I try not to visit this location.
Fries are either always under cooked, 1/2 way filled or my order is missing items. On todays visit, my order was missing an item even after I explained to the employee at the window that my order was incorrect. She stated my order was correct, I pulled off looked inside the bag and I was in total disbelief that my order was yet still Incorrect. I went back inside and explained; to what appeared to may have been the manager due to difference in shirt color what the issue was at hand. He corrected the order however, the fries that were given were completely under cooked and half filled. I would recommend thoroughly checking all items and trying the next best chick-fil-a to satisfy all of your current food needs.
Very clean appearance in the restaurant. Customer service was very good. The food was great. My kids enjoyed their kids meals. I had their market salad and it was super healthy delicious.
These guys do an amazing job at not doing their job at all! They love mixing up orders and taking 35 minutes to give you your sandwich and fries because it's called fast food not slow food duh. This store is also #1 in Maryland for forgetting your napkins, condiments, utensils, especially the straws and even drinks!!! But you come here for the food so either way if they get it completely wrong, mess up such basic things like putting your food in a bag or hell even if they straight spit in your face it doesn't because this is the home of original chicken sandwich.

Consistently good. Employees are fantastic, tonight at the drive thru one of them stopped us to let us know about a guy just riding around on a horse near the Longhorn Steakhouse. "Just thought you guys would want to see that guy on a horse" girl you thought RIGHT I ABSOLUTELY want to see that. Don't know which employee it was but they deserve a raise for situational awareness, attention to detail, and customer service.
What can I say it's Chick-fil-A. Like all the others that I've been to, There customer service is great & they always are ready to please you.
The management and employees here were extremely rude to my family, they had issues with a mobile order and canceled it without alerting her first and when she called to complain, both the manager and the staff was extremely off putting and rude to her and refused to redo her order. We have NEVER had issues like this at any other chick fil a and will be handling this issue with the higher ups. If you want actual good service, don’t come here.
