The service here is really bad and unacceptable. It took the server forever to take our order when we first got there. she took our order first before taking the order of other guests that were seated before us. And when our wings arrived it was cold and I had to send it back. I started ordering the four dollars Casamigos shots, instead of our server letting us know that last call for hard liquor was at 10:30 PM when I had asked to put in another order for the shot she came back telling me they were out of Casamigos. I then proceeded to go ask the bartender herself if they were out of Casamigos and that’s when she told me that last call for hard liquor was at 10:30. not only did our server lie about them being out of Casamigos but she also lied when I asked for lemon in my water and said they were out of lemon. I literally had to go up to the bartender and ask her for lemon myself. and then when the check finally came she tells us that they weren’t taking card at the moment just cash. I gave her my phone number because I was a member and also she said we could pay online. I get the text message on my phone to pay online and I realize that the server added her tip to the order not 15% but 20%. first of her service was trash, the food was bad and the she kept lying about things. why would you add your own tip to the check. what if I wanted to pay her the tip in cash. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Never coming here EVER AGAIN and the manager should really do something about the customer service. because this was terrible. I would leave NO STARS if I had the option. Don’t waste your time coming to this location. The college park location is way better.
We gave them another try since the last time bad service experience, today I ordered a pineapple Mojito, and it was tasteless , my husband ordered some chicken wings, they look good but when we started eating, it was cold and tasted like they cooked them long time agoSo it was my last time at this locationServer was nice but still not going backNOT RECOMMENDED!
So...I visited the Laurel, MD location and as a Maryland native who moved out of state and came back to the state...I am very disappointed. I NEVER leave reviews..but this is noteworthy. So my cousin and I stood up front..near the host stand for approx.15 minutes without any attention. I yelled at one server...nicely of course and received no reply. I finally flagged the same server down and finally got a booth. We sat across a table of four who informed us that they were waiting for one hour. After waiting over 20 minutes, I got up and demanded to speak to a manager. Hence, we received no attention. After politically going off we received service while the table of four received none. After 2 failed alcoholic drinks and no water..we got our food. No napkins, no forks, and of course no good customer service. Luckily the manager helped us and we were able to get what we needed. However, my cousin had to use the restroom, which was not up to par. She informed me that there was blood on the toilet and she had me check her to ensure none of it got on her cute attire. Meanwhile, going back and forth with our "waitress" she just didn't care. My cousin told me that we should've left but I objected due to my craving of garlic parmasean wings. Nevertheless, long story short...I don't like this location. If it needs to be shut down...then so be it. BUT instead you have a staff that barely had workers and didn't care about their customers. We received a 12 dollar discount but it wasn't worth the hassle.
Absolutely the worst service of my life, could not remember who ordered what, had to ask 2-3 times for all of our drinks each time we ordered another round, brought out food 3-4 minutes apart for each person at our party of 5, flat out forgot two items, brought stuff we didnt even ordered. Cherry on top was I came home and came got sick from god knows what they did to the food and threw up 5 times.
Had the small serving of cauliflower wings (teriyaki) and they were excellent; serving size was generous. My husband had the Blazin' boneless wings and he enjoyed them very much. We shared the hatch queso, very tasty.Taking off one star for waitstaff service. Restaurant was not at all busy and our waitress had 3 tables. I asked for water refill and she cleared appetizer plate, talked with another employee for a bit and while my husband was at the bar getting me water (10 minutes later) she brought the check and said she'd go get my refill. My pet peeve is letting the customer's drink go empty. We were also charged for the carrots/celery that normally accompany the wings.We would probably not visit this location again.
Came here ounce when it first opened and again today. This place reminds me of why I do not came here. I order two drinks along with food. The drinks were water down and tasted like a strawberry lemonade. When asked the waiter for a extra shot to fixed the drink she stated she was going to charge me. Asked to speak to the manager and his comment was that am not suppose to taste “alcohol in mix drinks” he had no costumer service and no care for our needs or concerns as well as the waiter. I would had cancelled my order and left if it wasn’t because of my kids. Stay away from this place if you’re looking for some type of decent costumer service.Costumer service starts from the top down. If the manager don’t care about the business or costumers, the employees won’t neither . Such a disappointment
The kitchen staff is not aware of the menu selections. I asked for a specialty item; I got two buns with a slice of cheese, a burger and two strips of bacon with fries. My order was salad!!The bathrooms are seriously nasty. Apparently one can drink a lot at the bar and puke in the urinal, and I'm sure the staff at some point had to pee; nonetheless it stewed for hours.I have been coming to this location since it's opening, it is very sad to watch it go downhill in flames.

Buffalo Wild Wings. You know what those place is, you don't come here on an adventure to try new things. It's comfortable and the food is okay and the staff is decent. But you like it. And I like it.
Avoid this location at all cost. Poor service and cold food. The wait staff will literally walk pass you a million times before they come over to greet you to take your order. I saw ppl leave without paying their bill bcuz the wait staff is so inattentive that they make it possible for you to eat & leave without paying. There's one server named Flakka who will pick and choose the tables it wants to serve while overlooking other tables whom are patiently waiting. I didn't want to believe this server was being prejudice, but it clearly was. (BTW...I'm using "it" bcuz I wasn't sure if the server was male or female, and could've been transgender). Just avoid this location due to poor service. You've been officially warned.
