This is by far the best pizza in the area. The ingredients are fresh and cooked to flame broiled perfection. But this restaurant goes far beyond serving great food. This has got to be one of the most friendly and down to earth places I have ever seen. I take my three kids here all the time and the manager remembers their names and treats them like VIPs. No other restaurant in the area treats it’s patrons like family. At least not like this. It is why I keep returning when there are so many other options available nearby.
It was an delightful experience with ravishing pizza. The delectable nature of the toppings combined with the soft supple crust made for an excellent lunchtime meal. The employee, Faith, who prepared said masterpiece enhanced my experience tenfold and it wouldn’t have been the same without her tender love and care. 10/10 would recommend :)

Pi Day at Blaze Laurel was a little hectic, but the food was delicious and done on time. Typically, I find the customer service a little lacking at this location, but today was GREAT! The associate handing out the numerous to-go orders was super nice, patient, and extremely helpful. Give that guy a medal, especially considering there were so many people there. Thanks, Blaze!
So we have been here twice in the last month. The food is absolutely amazing. I’m pregnant and all I craze is pizza these days. We love the staff especially Art who is always super friendly and takes great care of us each time we are there. I’m sure my cravings will be taking me back to this place in the next few weeks again.
Terrible experience. Called in an order and was told 10-15min. That was about how long our drive was, but it wasn't ready when we got there. They lied and said it was almost done when we arrived. It wasn't. We waited about 50min. My boyfriend inside, and me outside in the cold with the dog. They never gave him a receipt. He found out after they tipped themselves 15%. The pizza itself was a disappointment. Really expensive with not enough toppings.
Pizza might be bomb, or it might taste like burnt carribean dreadlock ashes like mentioned in other reviews ?♂️ Couldn't tell ya', something about not being able to call in an order and pay with cash rubs me the wrong way.
I come to this location all the time. I never get cheese on my pizza, therefore it doesn’t take long at all to cook. I asked the gentleman whom had braids and a Caribbean accent if my pizza was done and his demeanor was so rude. I asked because I didn’t want it to burn. He said it wasn’t done, but handed me the pizza 3 seconds later and it had burnt black edges. Up until then my experience was fine. Please be aware of your attitude towards customers.
Came this Sunday. There was ashes all over my pizza because they did not clean the oven. If you are a manager here please take the time to ensure the oven is being cleaned. I ate it because I was hungry, but never again. Also no customer service. The line workers had an attitude. I felt like them putting one topping extra was a hassle.
Great pizza and love they have vegan options due to my children's milk allergies. They love Blaze Pizza due to customized options and that brick fire comes taste!
