Food is usually good when I come, the only issue I have with this place is that I call ahead for my food to be ready when I get there. Each time I got there I still had a long wait to get my food. They don’t put the order in until I’m there. What’s the point of allowing people to order ahead if you don’t put the order in until I arrive. Other than that food is good, and the people at the register seem friendly.
I went in to order 20 wing pieces and they gave me a total of $27 That's not for whole wings, that's 20 wing pieces! which makes a total of 10 whole wings.... But you can go down the street and get 5 whole wings not wing pieces fry's in a drink for 8 bucks....
Horrible service. Order came out wrong and he wants to ask cashier what happened when I told you my order was wrong.two failed attempts to correct without asking me yet again what I wanted. Seems the cashier never heard of hot lemon pepper extra wet!!! Instead of apologizing and correcting. Owner and cashier need crash course on customer service. Filing disputes all around as a loyal customer the owner has lost one and I tip well always. With the service I received today and the horrible attitude from owner I’m disgusted. This location will be closed down if he keeps the same temperament and attitude towards paying customers.
Great place to order food when you don't feel like cooking
Best wings in the neighborhood hands down! All flavors are simply as good as perfect. My kiddos ❤️ it.
We had a variety of wings and they all tasted like a dirty fryer. Service was also slow.
Ask for wings to be well-done. Good service!
I purchased a chicken wings for $8.99 with tax it totaled to $9.70 something. A minute later my order was up. When I open a small container, I saw 5 winglets. Each of the wing is about an inch long. I was surprised because i think it’s just too small for $9. Seven11’s chicken wings is a lot better than what I was seeing. When I took a bit, it was blood inside and dry. The chicken was so over cooked it shrunk so much and the meat was so dry. I have health condition. I can can easily get sick eating temperature abused food. The owner showed me how they cook their chicken wings. I saw a deep fried basket full of chicken wings sitting on top of the deep fryer. I guess they precooked the chicken wings and left it in the basket and when someone order, they just reheat for 45 seconds then serve it. This is sickening…
