I love the hot honey chicken breakfast biscuit Sammy. They beat Chick-fil-A hands down. This is coming from a 30+ year avetarian and chicken expert. ???
Waste of store, been a couples times orders take for ever the last time I had it with this location was my last Uber order 3 different drivers showed up and the order wasn’t ready THREE waste of time I don’t care that I didn’t get my food but people are out here driving for a living and to have THREE different people waste their time not including me is stupid. Don’t recommend this location.
This is the absolute worst Wendy’s I ever been to the customer service was rude and very unprofessional. The lady who took our order in the drive through was very rude and rushed us as if there was a line. And all of our orders were completely wrong.
The sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich wasn't fresh and didn't enjoy it. When I asked for a new sandwich, the guy gave me the same one right back. Come on Wendy's, your staff can do better than that!! I won't be buying anymore breakfast from this location, ? ?
The Hyattsville Wendy's is the most unorganized establishment. Although, this is my first complaint, every visit is the same negative report about service. Two weeks ago, there were only 3 customers in the store and it took forever to be waited on. Orders were lost, incorrect, or cashier didn't know how to ring it up. In other words caoctic. Everyone was dissatisfied; however, this is the norm. Today, I was the only one in the store. I ordered a classic chicken and requested lettuce, tomato, and honey mustard. She gave mayo and I bought it to their attention. They took it back and redid. I did not check this time. When I got home, I started to eat it and it had gobs of yellow mustard on it. What a disappointment. Time and money wasted. Please get an efficient and effective manager in that store. Service is horrible.
Used to be good but now the service is awful and don't dare get stuck in the drive-thru line. You'll be there all day long waiting.

Ordered through the app, the order was scheduled for p/u at 5:50 pm, I waited in line until 5:55, and my order wasn't. They basically started the order when I got there b/c there were other people "...there first". I got my order, and it was missing items b/c it was a large order, and he "... couldn't see everything on the ticket". *sigh*
Fries are guaranteed hot and they were! Food was as good as Wendy's could offer. I would drive past other Wendy's to go to this one. Staff is nice. Plus it's open late, when you have no business being on the road, but you are, you suddenly realize you're hungry, and it's too late to cook. I like a clean fast food place. This is one.
