Always really busy but the staff is friendly and efficient
Super small and not very friendly staff.
This is my neighborhood Starbucks and unfortunately the service is just hit or miss! Sometimes the coffee is made very well and other times it's awful, like yesterday, it was terrible, and that's not the first time. And sometimes they are out of things more often than other stores. And if you order ahead and they are out of the item you requested they will not let you know in advance! Very annoying ? So now this is not my favorite Starbucks. And even worse is the one in the Target across the street.

Just pulled up at 7:40pm and the door was locked. I knocked on the door and three team members looked at me and then glanced away. I continuously asked each of them if they were closed or not because they close at 8pm according to store hours. If they were closed they could have simply said that instead of rolling their eyes and ignoring me. Highly recommend avoiding this location.

I got a dragon fruit refresher with water not lemonade, it was very weak,not much flavor. This was my first time at this Starbucks in Hyattsville. I won't go back. Even though I get water, if is always very flavorful. Very disappointed.
This the worse starbuck store,I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese, my bagel was soggy and no utensils to spread the cream cheese, also I ordered Venti late with 4 brown sugar,,the barista didn't add my sugar, this not the first time I had issue with my order apparently they don't care customers
