I usually only go through the drive-thru at this location but I was in a rush this morning and decided to order through the app. I arrived 4 mins after ordering and 2/3 items were ready! Quinn addressed me as soon as I walked in to let me know that my last item was being prepared and it was ready seconds after! He was very friendly and had a great attitude! The other crew members appeared to be working very efficiently and as a team as well! Will definitely be back!
I go to Starbucks a lot.....a LOT. I have thousands of stars on my app. This is the only Starbucks location I've been to where the orders are not only consistently wrong, but bad. The ordering manager also has no idea how to approximate stock, so they constantly run short on normal items.People are friendly.
Got part of our order wrong (missing sandwich). Requested decaf coffee and definitely did not receive decaf coffee. Would not recommend. Customer service is poor.
This place is horrible. Leadership lacks any customer service skills and the coffee is watered down. Save yourself the headache and time listening to excuses from the rude managers on duty by going to the Starbucks in New Carrollton!! Sadly Demographics matter when it comes to getting good customer service and a quality product.
Soooo happy there is a Starbucks at Capital Plaza. New Carrollton used to be the closest Starbucks in the area. They are still in New Carrollton but Capital Plaza is better for me. The Capital Plaza store is very neat and clean. No messy counters or tables and the floor is also clean. The barista's are friendly and helpful. There is a drive-thru window. Not sure about about curb-side pickup. I'm sure you can get delivery if you subscribe to one of many apps. Check them out!
Went to drive through and my order was messed up asked for a hazelnut coffee and they gave me a pike place coffee I also asked for the bacon and egg egg bites instead they gave me a bacon egg and cheese sandwich that I did not want lastly I asked for a warmed up croissant and they gave me a cold hard croissant which was very disappointing. This is also not the first time this has happened which is sad and is very un-Starbucks like.
This is probably the 4th time I get a cup like this from this location I just went in there and asked for a white chocolate mocha with soy and whipped cream. Apparently when you ask for whipped cream that’s their chance to cheat you on the amount. The other cup is my gf’s cup with no whipped cream. For $7 we should get a full cup and it’s always in the evening times that the staff does this type act. Very disappointed as a loyal customer.
I may be a little biased because my husband works at this location, but I always enjoy coming to this Starbucks! It has a lot of seating options, wide windows to let in natural light, and the staff is always really nice and try their best to serve their customers well! They also keep the floors, tables and seats clean regularly and all wear their masks!
Great location and drive thru but very inexperienced baristas. I simply order pike with skim milk. Numerous occasions I had to send my drink back for coffee grinds in my coffee or then using cream instead of milk. Always check your drink before leaving!
