Wow, I just want to detail my experience to this store. I was picking up an order and would like to use their restroom. I saw an African American guy who just came out of the restroom and when I tried to get in, the restroom has a code. I went to ask the lady who work there and then she ask her manager, the short little guy, who I taught is the boss. He looks at me and said "NO" with an angry face and tone. I told him that I am a customer, will pick up an order and I just need to use the restroom, however, he just insisted saying, "NO" with an angry face and tone. The worker who asked him was also shocked of his behavior. She did not expect that response from him as well. What an experience, I was shocked, really shocked. He probably taught I am a Mexican guy like him who he can bully. But even though he should not be saying "NO" with an angry face and tone like that. I did not use "his" restroom anyway. Never will I be going to that QDOBA Mexican Easts AGAIN in Hyattsville, MD. I grab my order and left the restaurant with a heavy heart of what just happened. God Bless This Manager for not allowing me to use "his" restroom.
This place, I hate giving it a bad review but it's just not the same anymore (and it's not because of covid trust me, this place went bad wayyyy before covid!) I hate going into this place and the people there make you feel as if you are asking for free food, they are RUDE ! You ask for something and they catch a whole attitude. Ex ; I love the nacho bowl - chips on the side I don't like them all soggy by the time I get to the food, so I always ask for the rice, exc... first & the person always serving that first few things goes "but that's not how we serve it" I'm aware but that's how I like it, they also make it seem like serving what you ask for isnt what should be on the bowl, i mean im paying for it ! Another great example would be when you go in for breakfast, i always ask for corn, lettuce, pico de gallo and habanero. They always tell me but that doesn't go in a breakfast burrito its for lunch, i say if you have to charge me more go ahead you havw it out i want it, I've had multiple disagreements with these people. When this qdoba first opened it had staff that was very welcoming, and made your visit pleasant over the years honestly I've only gone because it's the only one around the area that's close. The ladies there don't clean, on my last visit little less than a week ago it was dirty ! As if they were so busy they couldn't clean. They had 4 people outside in the surving line working and when I sat down to eat 3 more came out of an office and mind you when I walked in it wasn't busy AT ALL. People came by and sat down no one every cleaned after those people left. Honestly this qdoba might not last that long. Before that place used to be full of happy customers on Wednesdays-Saturdays it was the busiest there. Now it's sad to see its almost always empty there now. I honestly do hope they improve on the employees, I do service myself as a job and I never respond to my customers the way these employees do. Qdoba do better with your staff please.
I love Qdoba in general but this store was just extra good because the employees were so nice
Love the chicken queso bowl, it’s fire! A man who i think was a manager (tall with a beard) took great care of me and another guest will definitely come back!
Inconsistent staff. If theyre in a bad mood your burrito will be bad. The manager is rude as wel and makes demands of customers. I wont ever return here.
They give you barely little meat and it's normally burnt and the staff is very rude they need better customer service and better food burnt chicken isn't acceptable not worth the money
Great deal on Wednesday but the service here is absolutely atrocious- Revising my previous review. The service has actually managed to get even worse. Small portions random charges etc. One worker said there was no small queso, the other said a drink only comes with the small queso…Every time I go here I wait an inhuman amount of time by the register while the latest catastrophe was sorted. Being charged extra for a normal size portion of rice was a nice touch.
Tastey food and great options. Healthy and fresh.

I usually credit Qdoba for properly preparing the burrito. The worker stuffed all of the ingredients in the middle of the burrito causing it to burst! I’m sure he saw it split while wrapping it so I’m not sure why he didn’t say anything or make a new one.
