Service is beyond trash the customer service is pitiful might as well shut it down ‼️ unsanitary things goin on in this establishment
They completely ignore your existence. They messed up my order the last two times I’ve came. I’m standing here right now still waiting to be seen. They’ve taken 5 other people before me who’s gotten here after I have. I have my kids waiting at home for their food and I’m being ignored. I drove all the way back out here for my missing items and it wasn’t worth it. Very unprofessional here. Will not be coming back.
Fresh hot fried chicken and it was fast and the cashier was a very big help with the specials they had
Food is good. Staff is NOT. Mixed up order, gave me Mac cheese instead of mashed potatoes. When back to counter to get correct item. Got Mac cheese again. I ask her if she looked at it. She said someone put in wrong spot. I said again did you LOOK.
They don’t deserve a 3.7 starts. If I could give them -10 start then I would. Unorganized and unprofessional. Please stay away this place. They always let people wait for a longggg time and nobody seems like they willing to work in the back. The worst experience ever.
Jan 15 2022This Popeyes is dirty . Employees wear face masks under their nose . Don’t change their gloves after touching POS system . They just go start making your food. Customer service sucks they don’t greet customers. I was in the middle of placing my order with a young lady and she walked away to make my food before ringing me up . I was still asking for what I needed with my order I guess the manager started taking the person behind me while I’m still taking my order so I’m yelling over the person behind me trying to place his order at the same time . They had no biscuits on the line . I will make sure I let people know this location doesn’t practice basic food safety procedures nor do they have customer service ,. They All looked stressed and it showed in their performance. .Then as far as my review they get 0 STARSThe fact that they try to make customers seem dumb not knowing if we are familiar with food service or not. Hire a whole new staff
We ordered $10 special. Five pieces of chicken, 2 sides and biscuits. Box included three baby wings. No biscuits. Chicken did not have any taste. Yuk. Very disappointed.
They never got they stuff together food not even good it’s last option stuff you will wait 45 mins for a 2 piece
Employees are rude.Never have anything that you ask for.They make you feel like you're bothering them when you order.
This popeyes is so ghetto along with all its employees. Bad impression. They don’t even make ppls orders right. Needs better management & less ghetto employees.
