Called and placed and order for a delivery gave the lady my order and card number she asked me for my card number twice!!! I gave it to her all for her to tell me that my card declined I was confused soo I went back to check my transactions and she charged my card for $30! When the order was $20! I kept arguing with her insisting that she charged my card while she kept telling that she did not receive the payment and at first she kept telling me to pay with cash which sounded kind of fishy but I didn’t think anything of it . To keep the long story short they need a new manager who knows what they’re doing I’ll be calling Corporate

This place is literally the worse. I ordered on the Pizza Hut app which lists out exactly what you want and you pay for that. But here —at this location, you don’t get that. I got my order and half the toppings were missing on both pizzas!So I called the location and the man who answered the phone either didn’t understand me or is just that checked out from his job. I asked for a refund and he kept asking me did I want another pizza. I told him no, I didn’t want another pizza (why would I when you couldn’t get the first one right). I wanted a refund.He said he was going to get the manager and would put me on hold. I said fine and waited thirty minutes on hold —no answer. I called back only to get told that they were getting the manger again. I waited twenty minutes.This place is THE ABSOLUTE WORSE. Order from another location if you can because this location is ?

It's 11:03 an I call to make a order, the young lady was very rude. She expressed there was no cook and that I need to call back later. The way she was yelling and expressing herself is not professional. I will not be going to this location simply because this is not the first customer service issue I have had with them. pizza hut you need to get your employees together.

Pizza’s good, girl who brought it out to my car got visibly upset when I asked her to place it on my trunk. I felt bad and wanted to apologize, but remembered it’s not my fault she didn’t read the instructions or if she just doesn’t want to be there.My advice: go inside and pick up your food as they are not fast, and writing down where to place your food inside the app is futile. They don’t bother to make note of it. Again, pizza did not disappoint! :)edit: I used the contactless curbside option when placing my order

Ordered my Food & the Gentleman with the dreads Served me With a Positive attitude & Respectful manners & Asked if I wanted any napkins food got ready on time it was 5-8mins late but it’s not no big deal aslong it’s fresh & ready I’m fine?

I ordered on line and it said be ready in 15 minutes. I got there in 16 minutes and had to wait 15 more. He said they were busy. So no problem. The pizza was really good. So I was happy.

Next time take down the cash option on check out. Wasted my time. Not happy at all. I understand non contact policy, but even Papa John online ordering took down cash option and clearly only accepted debit or credit. But Pizza Hut had all three! Made no sense.

Pretty good experience, I placed my order online and picked up about 30 minutes later. Order was perfect and waiting to be picked up.

It was a curb side pickup , i sat in my car for over 15mins and had to walk in with no mask to pick it up. Surprisingly the order was was ready and was sitting there nobody came out to hand it to me.
