Perfect quality pizza every time. Just got my order and i am so happy food looks and tastes GREAT. You guys our ar favorite pizza. Thanks so much for such great lunch. Highly recommend it to all only Takoma Park
They have terrible customer service. They were not willing to offer any kind of support after a failed delivery through uber eats. While I understand the issue is not the store directly, when called the staff member was unkind and cold about the issue. I was really looking forward to the pizza. It did not seem like they cared we never got what we paid for.
There's rats running around at this place outside. I wouldn't trust the food all the way if I were you when it comes to that. The people in there are also kind of rude. They made fun of me when I was just trying to order some food from them and that's not really good business. I won't take it personally,I just won't order from them again and I won't recommend this place to anyone in the future.
Always wait too long for your food....the manager says 3min and that 3 minutes turns into 45 minutes.... I don't feel like I want to go back to this particular store anymore..... this happened to me more than twice...
So I Ordered a “papadia”. And they gave me papa bread. The order was extra cheese pep and bacon ….. hmmm. Called to ask the manager what the problem was( he was very polite) told me it’ll be hours before I got a replacement order due to only having 1 driver. Well the food came 2 hours later. The papadia had more filling with a sprinkle of HAIR! Thanks papa johns in Hyattsville.well done

I ordered a veggie pizza need to be clean cut but they are adding pepperoni which is really very very very very bad I never gonna be order anymore papa John’s in my life even my family is also not gonna be order anything from the papa John’s anymore I think I have to sue the papa John’s because of What they are did which is not acceptable
Charged me for EXTRA peperoni. Lookbat the pizza ....Where is extra? I won't be back. In addition to being over charged.
The Hispanic Manager called the cops on me bcuz I came there 10mins after my delivery time to pick my pizza upThe store closes at 12am says the store, i got there at 11:35 pmInstead of him to come and talk to me, bcuz they closed the door and I can’t speak through the glass, he chose to call the copsThe Cops were the once to tell me oh they’re “closed” and you arrived late for your food, so they can serve you
