I went to Olive Garden in PG Mall Hyattsviile, MD. To my surprise they do not serve you salad unless you order an Entree. What the ham ?sandwich! I had to pay $7.50 for a salad. I will not be returning. I order my food I have been waiting ✋an hour. The server said I did not order anything. What a night! Good bye to my favorite restaurant.
If I could give 10 stars I would. The customer service at this place is simply awesome. Last night our waiter ROMEO was great, from the moment we sat down until when we left he was very attentive such a fun personality made our experience a pleasant one. I hope management really recognizes the awesome customer service at this place I won't go to any other Olive Garden.
The food was ok but there was a problem with our table and drinks. It was fixed but imagine having your drink and menus on the table, going to the bathroom and coming back to an empty table with the server having no knowledge of what happened while the hostess is trying to seat other guests at your table ignoring your bags on the seat. Once everything was straightened out our server was very nice and efficient. Speriod she made sure that we had everything everything and made sure to not charge for a second drink when the 1st one was taken it was taken away.Not sure if I'll be going back to this location.
Very happy with the service we got when we came in for lunch yesterday! Our server was Katy I think, I asked her for her name I think thats it haha. Anywaysss she is such a great server!! She was very kind to us and patient. She was really nice to my 2 year old son too. I’ve been to restaurants where the servers were not friendly at all but she definitely was. Didn’t even need to ask her for refills because she had already seen our drinks were almost done so she brought us more! I will definitely be coming back here, and hopefully she can serve us again. Pleaseee give this woman some credit for being the best server out there!!
As Italian I gave a go to spaghetti with salsa marinara and meatballs. I have to say that the taste of meatballs reminded me my nonna's one which I have not had since October last year. Very impressed. And staff was friendly too.
Came today at 3:00 p.m. - restaurant was not busy and yet hostess insisted on trying to seat me next to another big table with children and expected me to try to find room for a high chair for my baby when they were almost hitting my table where she wanted to sit me.I asked for a different area or a different booth and she refused. Flat out refused. I explained to her because of my disability that a booth is easier for me.She tried to insist on me putting my baby in a booster seat instead of a high chair where he could be strapped in and safe.Asked to speak with a manager in front but the manager couldn't be bothered to come out and speak to me.If this is the level of customer service that this restaurant provides then they obviously don't need my money either.
First time trying it out it was really excellent. I wish they had a better system for people that got a text waiting its hard to tell where to check in when theres several lines forming. Other than that, the food was excellent. I had their salmon with brocs and a side of pasta 5 cheese marinara. I dont recommend the spinach dip its not real good. The calamari was incredible though. Soup was great and bread sticks. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and our questions about the menu. Not much vegetarian options for someone else with me but overall it was great.
stephanie was the best waitress ever !!! me and my friends had an amazing time, she was so kind and attentive and did a perfect job, definitely will be coming back to see her.
My visit today for my to-go lunch was great and it was a soup and salad day. Marvin my server was very professional with outstanding customers. He suggested the soup that I never had before and it was delicious (Gnocchi w/chicken) will get it again on my next visit. Thank you, Marvin!
Very warm environment. Great customer service. Our waiter was quick and efficient. The food was delicious! Especially the little pita chips you get with the spinach dip.
