Love this place so much. Went there at least four times if I remember correctly but every time the food is great. The caramelized eggplants and olives are my fav toppings.
I have been to this location many many times but this will be my last trip. I went today around 7pm and the employee was really rude, stingy, and not able to understand simple requests.She made comments about how asking for extra toppings (I wanted double cucumbers) something I have always been able to have, was going to cost extra?… how?…. She gave me a fuss about it but I was able to ask for every other topping I usually get and the portions she was giving after she said “no more cucumbers, otherwise extra”. Which makes no sense when you can get unlimited toppings for a create your own bowl.When I said I wanted more greens and no rice, she did not accommodate, when she barely (I mean barely) gave me one scoop of chicken I said nothing, and the amounts she was purposely giving me after I asked for mire cucumbers was noticeably. My bowl was barely half full AND more expensive than before…. Yikes.Additionally I’d ask for things like onions and she’d start pulling beets or when I asked for carrots, she was going for yogurt?…. It was just a very disappointing experience and the amount of food you get while it costs you more is ridiculous.
My experience was amazing Elena was very patient and informative about all their products and explained what everything was. I was happy with the excellent customer service she provided me. This place is awesome
It's like the Mediterranean version of Chipotle. You can create your own bowl and get a pita on the side. The options are fresh and delicious. I always get the veggie kefta and don't miss not having meat.
I’ve been to this location a few times but after today I won’t be back. The staff were unhelpful and I believe they lied to me. I’ve ordered the same thing but today my price was $4 higher with less food in my bowl. It’s also discouraging when staff at restaurants like these skimp on the toppings. Train them better because I’m sure the toppings I received were LESS than the supposed to be portion sizes. LOST COSTUMER. Thanks!
I am usually a huge fan of Mezeh and regularly pick it up for a healthy bite. However Do Not Get them from Uber Eats. The bowls had half of the toppings ordered and they gave us white rice instead of brown. Pretty unsatisfactory and bland. Really expected better service.
we buy 3 pounds of chicken kabob from here every week. that should speak for itself. the quality is always on point in comparison to cava (plus mezeh has 3x as many toppings options) & MEZEH IS HALAL
I would say this place is a better version of cava. They almost have the same type of rice and protein options but with more toppings for a lesser price. The quality of the food was good and the no:of free toppings really amazed me. The server was extremely nice and gave us extra portions.I would say this is the best Mediterranean bowl place that I’ve ever visited
The employees need to learn customer service or this restaurant will not last long. Instead of acknowledging me with a "I will be right with you in a moment", the employee chose to ignore me until she was good and ready. I could sense the bad attitude. I ended up canceling just before I was ready to pay. I refuse to undervalued while supporting a business with hard earned money.
If you haven't been to eat here you are missing out! Get over here and order one of their bowls with all the good stuff on it ... You can thank me later! ???
