Made an mobile order and they didn't have it prepared. I asked if my coffee was ready they said the machine was out of order and when I asked what now, they just stared at me and the manger refused to give me a answer and just continued working on other peoples order. I was running late so I just left but not before they gave me a mobile receipt.
Daughter loves the fries here. I'm always asked to stop here ,and they never disappoint.

Place is great and organized, however the wireless payment goes out often, I just don't carry cash anymore.
Just left this location and the cashier was so helpful and friendly. I didn’t get her name. My minor son and I waited on his order. The manager called his number twice. He walked up to receive his order. Instead of handing the bag to him she threw it on the counter. I was so upset she did that! She’s so rude and shouldn’t be a manager of nothing and fix her attitude while working in customer service.

Staff is always rude. They don't care about their guests and are more interested in their own store gossip. They also are rude when you are in the back hall which they share with the food court rest rooms. They always block the hallways and never say excuse me. The shift leader and the store manager are both mad at their own live and to take it out on their guests. Corporate needs to re-think this location. And they are more expensive than any other McDonald's. They also are refused to take their own coupons on the McDonald's app.

No offense to anyone, seeing a bunch a Hispanic people in one place, I don't feel comfortable with that.Plus, I carry my Mace and butterfly blade with me. Panhandle me for money, will get cuss out. See?Rather go to a restaurant where isn't a bunch of crowds in it.
