I tried giving this location the benefit of the doubt but I will never come back. We were seated immediately after arriving, but never received any service until we were fed up and started walking out the door after 15 minutes of waiting. It was nearly empty and all of the other tables were being attended to (even the tables in front and behind us). Joy stopped us from leaving and was one of the best servers I’ve had, but this experience put a sour taste in my mouth. Why did we have to leave for us to finally be acknowledged? I’ll make the drive to Greenbelt or Glenarden before coming here again.
Hello. "Britney" who works here and answers the phone was awfully rude, poor customer service skills as if she hates life. Very sad considering this is a cute little place with nice food at a goof price. Was going to bring a large group from out of town here for their first time but her attitude turned me off. she claimed she didn't even know the manager's name when I asked to speak to them. very poor.
Service was good. Place wasn't crowded. Food was hot, served quickly and tasty.
I was craving a boil but without all the gimmicks of the crab, mussels etc. i happen to fall upon Hook&Reel East West Highway location by chance and decided to go on in. I ordered to go: eggs, corn on the cob, sausage and potato in the mild garlic butter sauce. The food was good for the exception that the corn was not fresh, I couldn’t taste any spiciness in the sauce although it was supposed to be mild and there was barely any sauce in my bag. Overall its a nice vibe and I wouldn’t mind going back to eat in instead of taking out.
Stopped by for a late night birthday dinner. My server Joy was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. She provided superior customer service!! Food was good. I just wish they thoroughly cleaned the seafood. But overall great experience!

The food here was amazing! We got Cajun boils and the quantity and quality of food were excellent. The seafood was cooked just the right amount. It was very impressive
We ordered the Reel Catch (x2) not bad at all, definitely a nice combination & amount of food for the price for a family of 4. My girlfriend enjoyed the clams(part of entrée) & mozzarella sticks(appetizer). The decor was pretty nice, unfortunately food was gone before I could snap a photo (twas good haha). Definitely will make a return to try more menu items at some point. Thanks Jailin for the hospitality provided appreciate it.
