Found my self eating at this small hole in the wall kind restaurant. Located (5408 Queens Chapel Rd, Hyattsville, MD 20782)Ordered beef and chicken tacos (3-per order)First time in Emeritas Restaurant and YOU have to go! It’s the nices little spot with amazing food. The Emeritas is quite the surprise, the service and so much to choose from, wish i had captureda pictureof their extensive selections to order from. IT WAS FIRE!! The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.
The food is good and the staff is very nice and friendly. The choice of playing religious music in the dining room isn’t very appealing to make you want to stay and dine in.
Everything we ordered was delicious, the service was excellent and so was the wait time from when ordering the food to when it gets to your table. Their horchata was surprisingly good, most latin food places have really over saturated horchata that is just not good but this one was a 10/10. Their tacos de birria are also delicious, not the best, but delicious nonetheless. We will definitely come again and try other dishes.

Ordering for the first time, I'll change my review Once I taste the food. However I spoke to a friend of mine who knows about emeritas restaurant and she told me that the chicken is nothing like Peruvian chicken. Which was extremely disappointing. Hopefully it's just as good as Peruvian chicken, but I was told not to get my hopes up.

Absolutely a spot worth stopping by, the food is good and well prepared, the costs are reasonable and it is constantly neat there. Great work.
