This place if I can give it a 0 I would, first off the pizza came warm then on top of that it was not what we ordered. One was a cheese pizza and the other was sausage, (we ordered combo toppings with garlic sauce they didn’t even bring that) then we tried to call them back and and they didn’t not pick up when my sister called it was “busy” and when I called it didn’t even ring. And this is not the first time it happened and the employees are RUDE especially over the phone. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE. Tomorrow my sister is calling corporate and reporting them cuz its to late tonight and this pore service has been happening to many times. (NOT WHAT WE ORDERED) we ended up throwing it away it ruined our grate night we had.
Opted for pick-up, not a good experience. Cold and windy outside and the door to the restaurant was locked. The employee inside motioned for me to come in but made no effort to attend to the door. An employee arrived at the door after a delivery and when she realized that it was locked, she used the employee entrance, yet made no attempt to come around and open it for me. Eventually an employee came to the door and let me in. Both he and the manager apologized. I was cold and disgruntled. It was not a good experience. The food was just okay. It will take some time to consider another purchase from that location.
This place they burn your pizza then they say wait for the manager come in 3 days and then they didn't remake or give me my money back
if i could give 0 stars i would . they burned my cookie brownies and didn’t put any sauce on my pizza . i called back willing to give them the pizza back if they could bring me the pizza with extra sauce that i paid for . they told me that they’d bring the pizza but it’d take an hour because they had one driver which i was fine with because …. i didn’t want a dry pizza with no sauce on it . they never came , they never called , i never got the pizzas that i paid for . not to mention how rude the staff are . i just threw the food in the trash . something similar happened to me before at this same location . save your coins , don’t spend your money her , take your money elsewhere.
They make the food right. Just the staff doesn't seem to care when people are waiting in line. One guy focused on getting food out of the oven while everyone else seemed to just stand around and talk. Another gentlemen loaded a sandwich into the oven. The box for said sandwich fell onto the floor food side down. He then proceeded to put the box on the shelf instead of throwing it away. Took 10 minutes of standing around just to pick up my order that was 5 feet away. Also didn't see anyone wearing any gloves that handled the food. At least they wore mask ??♂️??♂️
The order was correct. The delivery was on time, but the driver ignored the fact that I chose contactless delivery. I didn't want to be rude and start yelling through the door that I had selected contactless delivery so I opened the door. He gave my order. I thanked him and started to mention that I had selected contactless delivery but the driver was already halfway back to his car. I understand drivers not wanting to just leave orders out in the open like that but I'm very cautious of whom I come in contact with. I would not bring this matter up if it wasn't important to everyone involved.
Ordered online at 8:06 pm .. still hasn’t been delivered and it’s 10:40 pm .. we had to personally drive to the store to receive and still waited a long time. The worst customer service I’ve EVER seen..

Pizza and wings were good and ready for my pickup when I got there.
We never get our entire order and the delivery driver Jacqueline was nasty and had an attitude telling us it was hot she was left standing there waiting for us to answer the door. We had to answer the door.
