They messed up my order and the food wasn't great, but it was ok.
I’ve never had a problem with this location. I placed an order for delivery for my kids while I was at work. Once it was delivered my kids call me stating they found a piece a hair on the pizza. So I call the pizza location presses the #3 to speak to the manager. Didn’t get the name of the person who picked up but it was a guy. So I explained what my kids had found. He placed me on hold. Came back on the phone what did I need help on, I nicely repeat what had happen. With an attitude he reply “thats impossible I’m the one who made the pizza and I have short hair” so I stated “ so what are you trying to tell me that I’m lying” he reply “ I don’t know, what’s the color of the hair and I’m the only one working” I told him I didn’t know because I’m at work he said we’ll call your kid and ask. There was no point of arguing with this person to get to the point so I just hang up.First of all he didn’t even ask for my order number, name or phone number. So how does he know which order he did. What place is actually going to have one person working on everything.Never going to place any order from this location, really bad customer service.

Always consistent, food is always fast and just how I ordered it. Seems to be very well managed.
The tracker says the food is delivered and it shows up 15 minutes later cold. This is the second time this has happened. Then they burned the brownies to the color black. Hmmmm
They make a great pizza and the delivery is always flawless.
I order today 2 large pizza and cheese twist and they say it’s extra for the sauce of the twist like what ??, it’s not my first time in the store, people afternoon it’s different it’s mean I’m not coming afternoon to buy nothing ??. And people in the morning don’t charge extra for one sauce.
Horrible customer service, even though it's the closest dominoes by distance it doesn't deliver to college park
Anthony the delivery driver was the best person I have ever had to delivered my food great laughs and good customer service very respectful.
